I saw a lot of reviews on this slide . I would say these slides have exceeded my expectations . Outside of work , I pretty much live in slides most of the summer . I highly recommend them .

I bought the slides for my husband that suffers with back pain because he has flat feet. He has tried many others but he loves the Hoka’s. I gave them to him for Christmas so he is getting use to them. It takes a little bit for your feet to get use to them but the arch support is amazing. The size is perfect, the material is very comfortable and my husband is happy.

Just like all Hoka One One's are known for, these have an arch to the sole of the shoe to cause a natural roll of your foot and propel you forward. They're also maximalist with huge fat and cushy soles that are really comfortable without being so soft you feel like you're walking on a pillow (and therefore sinking into the sole too deep). The only caveat is that these are slightly remniscent of Crocs in appearance. The material the tops are made from looks kind of like Crocs material, though it isn't and doesn't feel like it, and the breathe-ability slots kind of look like the Croc mesh. The soles on the bottom also look a little ridiculous, but that can be said of all Hoka One One products just because they're so maximalist. I will say I originally bought these because I had two different recommendations from independent people, one of which said her doctor actually prescribed these specifically for her after she had foot surgery. Even if they look a little odd and maybe aren't the most stylish, they're definitely very functional. And at a recent 200 mile relay race, these were being worn by tons of people. That suggests that even if the initial appearance is a little surprising, it definitely has widespread acceptance in the running community.
