I have always went with name brand shoes. Nike, Under Armour, even some Reebok, Adidas, and Asics. I will never go with them again. Big shoe producing companies don't make well fitting shoes and they certainly do not have the quality of Hoka One One shoes. My feet don't fit comfortably in a 14 (even when wide) because of thickness and usually the best fitting are 16s but are too long. Hoka provides much better fitting shoe sizes and are incredibly comfortable. Unlike New Balance shoes, these shoes are super comfortable and actually look nice. Most comfortable shoe I've ever owned and they actually look nice.

Excellent feel and performance, these are the best pronation running shoes I've had. I'm a triathlete and these shoes are great for all kinds of training and racing. First pair of Hoka shoes, hopefully many more in the future!

This is my 5th pair of Hokas. They've all been great at performing as promised. As time has gone on I need a more stable shoe due to age and miles (on me not the shoes). And these deliver as promised. However the laces are really lightweight and slippery. It is hard to get them tight and stay tight without a surgeon's knot. Sounds nit picky but it's annoying enough that I'm going to buy new laces. I hate stopping to tie my laces.

I have six pairs of Hokas in my closet. I just shush there was an office work type shoe. Something in the casual style. Then I would be able to throw all of my "non-Hokas" away!

Felt tight at first compared to other Hoka models but once I logged in a few miles the full cushion and support are definitely there. Another outstanding model for Hoka

Great walking shoe, especially with a ankle injury. I followed Hoka11 's on line sizing but it was a 1/2 size to small.

Well, I cannot say enough about these shoes. Going on my second pair, and they are amazing! As someone who has very flat feet, these shoes have been a blessing! I try to run between 12-20 miles per week, and these shoes have held up really well! I did over 50 miles of racing in them this year, and they were comfortable and stable. No issues with shin/knee pain anymore. I had been a religious Brooks Beast wearer, but these shoes blow them away! Some much better for my over-pronation! Great work Hoka One One!

This was my first pair of Hokas and I am will now be a repeat customer. I had went though many pairs of other brands best mistook control shoes such as the Saucony Omni and the Nike Lunar Glide, to name a few, but, they never gave my flat feet the comfort they needed to get in the miles. After switching to this shoes I had to get lacinging right to stop the numbness experienced when running. Once I got the lacing tension correct these shoes have given me many comfortable and injury-free miles.

This shoe makes you feel like you aren't even pounding the pavement. You can't even feel things lying on the street/sidewalk. This helps my joints immensely. I also have high arches and need arch support. These shoes provide that stability and cushion that is hard to find in the market. The only con I have which is minor is that the outside sole wears under the ball of my feet.

I just climbed the 10,000 steps in the Yellow Mountains of China (Huangshan National Park) and the Gaviota was the best - lots of stability and lots of cushion. Hands down the best shoe I have ever owned!

The Hoka Gaviotas are the best running shoes that i have ever worn. They run small with an orthotic so i went up one whole size. The synthetic material in the forefoot and entire sole springs back on every step. My feet are not sore after fast walking 4.5 miles. I also own the two pairs of HOKA TRAIL boots. My wife wore Hoka boots on a 10 walking tour of Iceland this past August. She raved about the stability and comfort. She was in them 12 hours/day. Great product

I am 193 pounds, 5'9 , I run 5-6 days a week 3-7 miles. I started running in Constants 1 1/2 years ago then the Constant 2, and I have been running in the Arahi since feb 2017 ( I ran a 1/2 marathon in them and loved it)- I have wide feet so I went to a running store first to try on Gaviota and it was tight on my feet so I came to Hoka website and ordered the Gaviota in WIDE. I just ran today in them and absolutely love them better then Arahi- its like running on a cloud. I have been wondering the difference of Arahi vs Gaviota too. Gaviota is a lot more stable too- I overpronate when I run and these help out a lot. LOVE THESE SHOES!!!

I'm using custom orthotics and they felt a little tight initially but have loosened up a little with wear.

These replace the Hoka One One Constant 2 and I couldn't be happier! They look amazing and feel even better. They fit snuggly and my legs never seem to tire. (Now if they could make it so my lungs never tired, I would be golden!) I like the pronation control and the cushioning. They seem to have more cushioning than the Constant 2 but have it in a lower profile. I look forward to half-marathoning in them soon!

I have been running for 20 years and have been on the hunt for the perfect shoe. I never really looked into hoka until last year when a lot of my triathlete buddies started wearing them. Being interested I tried on a pair of these Hokas and instantly fell in love. Very durable shoe. I've already put in 450 miles on my first pair and they are still going strong! Also, the shape of the shoe complements my stride very nice. I will never buy anything else. The only con I can think of is they struggle a little with griping pavement in wet conditions. Anyways go out and buy your self these, its worth the money.
