Why not offer exchanges? Now I have to return my shoe that's half size to small and get a size larger and wait for It come back in stock if it does because it's "exclusive" customer service says they can nothing. It's not even a yeezy it's just a running shoe. Sneakers fit tight on the top of my foot. Makes my foot fall asleep I don't need laces and the design forces your toes all the way up to the front of the shoe. Make sure you get a half size bigger.

Alright guys don't get me wrong, I love these shoes. However, Im normally a size 8 , and they fit really tight on my feet, I felt dumb that i had to send them back@ the post office, and go to the store myself to try a size half bigger, and they fit fine, go a size up(I'm still waiting on my money back from the first pair)

I have two of these pairs of shoes the first had an issue with the lace cage which broke after a week of use. Replaced under warranty to know have the replacement pair do the same thing. Shoes were returned to Adidas and were lost at the warehouse now waited 25 days since return and countless contacts through chat as phone have been disabled. Still no reply re warranty.

The shoe was very comfy, very nice to run in and extremely soft underfoot, however the eyelet where the laces tie snapped after 20 miles making the shoe unusable. Tried contacting customer services but no joy with getting them fixed/replaced!

Returning as they are too small. Also can't do up tight enough for gym/sports use due to the design

I have a pair of Pure Boost in light grey and I am delighted by them so decided to get the Ultra Boost in triple black. I did a thorough research and everyone was praising the Ultra Boost as a better shoe overall. Well, my expectations were high. When they arrived and I put them on, I immediately felt they were a lot tighter than the Pure Boost. They are also slightly heavier and much stiffer (the mid shell). I can't feel the bottom sole as a more comfortable one. It is fine, but not as good as I expected. I usually wear 10.5 UK and I got these in 11 just as my Pure Boost pair. Well, maybe a half size bigger would have been perfect, but now it's too late for exchange or return, because I've thrown out the box and tags and have wore them once today. I guess these shoes are made to be put on a bare foot in order to run with them. Well, I got them for leisure and walking around town and I carry socks every time. If I had to choose again, I would stick with Pure Boost. They are much more breathable. When it is even slightly windy outside, I can feel it in my feet which feels just fantastic and keeps them clean and odour-free. That's not the case with Pure Boost. The mid is much stiffer and not as breathable so I can't feel the air coming through. When I got them off after the walk today, my socks were in a lot of moist. Not good. Another problem is that the insoles get out every time I get them off my feet. It's frustrating and I've never had such shoes before. The design is great though, no issues there. It is just too much hype. Save some money and get a pair of Pure Boost.

I love the aesthetic feel of the shoes but they run a size to small. I bought an 11 but their too tight on me and hurt my foot

Hope customer service can make this right. I'm a huge ultra boost advocate

Put plastic bags inside new Ultraboost to see if I can widen it a bit.

Bought this for my wufe. She says it's her best running shoes ever!

Don't fit right. I would like to return them. My right foot rubs against my left foot.

Cut too small and narrow had to go to a local store to return and settle for a different shoe

Fourth pair I've had. Uncomfortable under ball of foot and across top. Not sure why, but different from my previous ones.

Sizing is too small in spite of sizing up one size as recommended

After getting these I don't think I'd buy a pair of adidas trainers again as these are so dissapointing

Ordered size 5 as had had them before and when they arrived they were too small! Did not order any more as not sure they would fit.
