Customer Reviews adidas Running UltraBOOST

The Adidas CS rep told me this model was exactly the same as the original ultraboost. It isn't. I own them and they have been my favorites but the "boost" part had worn down. I was really hoping they had duplicated it. The old model were better looking and has more structure and detail on the top. This one is plain knit fabric, no detail, which I could get used to if I could wear them. Sizing was the same. I wear 9 1/2 in both as I do most running shoes. Cushioning felt good with only wearing them around the house. The reason I am returning them is the hard, rigid piece of plastic that surround the heel. On the side of the foot it hit right into my heel bone. The original ultraboost has a diamond shaped more flexible piece in the same area. There isn't enough cushioning inside the shoes to not feel it and very cushioned socks only helped a little. It was sad. I got many years and miles out of the originals.

Beautiful shoes, would work out great but a full size too big and there are no more in stock.
