This shoes run very small. I'm normally a 9.5 but need a 10 in these.

Super comfortable and awesome support. Fits my foot nicely. I am neither narrow nor wide, and think this shoe fits perfectly.

I was hesitant about ordering these based on the REALLY mixed reviews, but took a chance because I am on a permanent quest for comfortable but fashionable flats for my awkward feet (wide with a high arch) to wear between seasons. I am so glad I went ahead with ordering these. I got the shade suede, and am super happy with it. Having worn them for a few days in a row now, I might order a half size smaller next time. Pretty sure I'll be back to get the pink suede version soon.

I really like TOMS shoes. These, like most TOMS, are slightly narrow. I’ve had good luck going up a half size to fit my wider feet in the past. Sure enough, the 9.5 feel great. The styling is spot on for my boho mom vibes, although the color is a slightly softer caramel than pictured. Overall I highly recommend for an attractive, casual shoe.

LOVE these. I read the reviews before buying and they were all over the board - some said the shoes were super small, some said too big, etc. So I decided to just order my normal size 8 and go from there. Well I am glad I did as they fit perfectly and are very soft and comfortable. I am going to be wearing these a lot! (I bought the shade suede). Highly recommended!

I love these shoes! They are so comfortable and cute. I did order 1/2 size larger than I usually wear because of reviews and I’m glad I did. They fit great!!

After reading the mixed reviews I took a chance and ordered this shoe because I've had so much luck with Toms in the past. I found the shoe exceptionally comfortable straight out of the box. I normally wear an 8 and very occasionally 8 1/2. This shoe fit a little shorter than normal, however I'm sure once the material stretches a little it will be even better. If you like Tom's shoes I would highly recommend it. It provides more cushion and support than the traditional styles and is very cute with casual outfits.

sorry, TOMS, because I LOVE your premise, and mostly your shoes! However, these were just too big and heavy for my size..I'm only 5' and guess I need less bulk? Really wanted them due to the extra high sole..and love that black suede! very sorry to send back...

Just received my TOMS, it looks amazing, feels really soft inside and well finished on the outside, but I will have to return them. I have other TOMS size 10 and this one seems to be small. I will get the size 11. Thank you Zappos

Loved these shoes. Unfortunately the arch inside the shoe was very painful.

Love love love these! I didn't walk 5 steps out of my car towards my office when someone complimented them. They are adorable!

I love these shoes, but the backs created terrible blisters on my heels. Otherwise very comfortable, so hard to rate. Not sure if I'll be able to wear them again anytime soon, but hoping it gets better with more usage.

These shoes were super cute, and very comfortable, however they just didn't quite fit me. I usually wear a 10, and those were a good fit toe to heel (if a smidge on the small side), but the width was far too narrow. I do have bunions, but it was mostly that I could feel the edge of the insole under the ball of my foot. The 11s were perfect in width, but too big in length. A shame they don't offer size 10.5, I was really looking forward to these! Would be perfect for someone with a narrower foot.

I love these alpargatas! the platform is just the right hight and it looks more put together than regular alpargatas. Love it! They do run a little small, I had ordered 10 as my other TOMS, but I had to return for the 11. Great fit!

The suede is of nice quality and the sturdy platform helps when you're only 5 ft. The style is expected of Toms and works as a great neutral shoe with my boho/beachy dresses & shorts. The only thing - which other reviewers have mentioned - is that the sizing is off. I am normally a 5.5 in Toms and ordered the same. The length is fine, but the inside soles is really thick - which normally would be welcomed - but too thick that it squishes my feet to the top and sides. Fortunately for me, the insoles on my pair were loose and removable (not sure if this was meant to be - never happened with Toms before), so I put in thinner insoles and they now fit me perfectly.

My foot kept slipping out of the back of it when I walked. Had to return these.

These shoes are really cute. They are also very comfortable in the footbed. The heel, however, does rub blisters. I am a very strong 9, but I am going to try this in a 9.5. I purchased black and brown in 9 originally and they both rubbed blisters on my heels...not even good with socklets.

I thought these would be perfect. They are a great style, great for transition seasons, cushiony to stand in. HOWEVER! They rubbed blisters on the back of my heels... with and without socks. Disappointed. I am always a 9 and purchased a 9. Will see if going up half a size will help. This is my first pair of Toms.
