The only problem was that the top band is better for narrower feet. The shoes are super cute.

Incredibly comfortable and super cute too.

Tom's all run small. Some shoes I can get away with 9.5 (tennis shoes) Tom's I'm an 11. They're comfortable but tight in odd places, like the front of the lower panel is tight but the back is loose. I am going to give them a shot and pray for the best.

These fit true-to size. I wear an 8 1/2 medium (or narrow, if I can find it) and this shoe was all-day comfortable on day one. I also like how neutral they are for my skin tone. A good alternative to white shoes, which can sometimes look tacky.

I want so badly to be able to keep these shoes. Sadly, I can’t do it. The bottom strap rubs my mild bunions and the ankle strap comes right to my ankle bone, rubbing uncomfortably. But they are so damn cute! Please try again Toms!

I wear a 36 in Danko sandals, and ordered a 6.5 in these. they are very different shaped (ie: longer in the foot bed) and much less comfortable for my wider foot, but I love the style and hope (without reason) that they may stretch a bit with wear. I like TOMS mission and I hope I can suffer for fashion and that someone getting a free pair of their shoes (on behalf of this purchase) has a better fit =)

This is a beautiful shoe. It is comfortable and the color versatile to go with lots of outfits from jeans to dresses. I got both beige and black. I ended up going down a 1/2 size. Customer service was great!

I wanted to love these after seeing them on a friend, but they were far too big around my ankles, and with a zipper up the back, there's just no way to adjust them.

WIDE FOOT BEWARE- based on varying reviews of width, I thought I'd give these a shot. These were not even remotely wide enough for me. On a shoe like this, the pressure on the outer big toe area would make them quite uncomfortable. Would they stretch? Perhaps. But I'm too old to waste my time on uncomfortable shoes. As far as size goes, I am a 10.5 and the 10's fit great. The style is really cute, so I am bummed they didn't workout.

Lovely, attractive shoes; just too wide for me in size 9.5, my normal size. I think it's simply the style.......a wide open toe allows the foot to really slide forward if shoes are the least bit wide. As I said, they are a lovely shoe; wish they would have worked for me :(

Super cute....way too big....long and wide

I originally ordered a size 8 (my usual size) and returned it for a 7.5, which fit perfectly. These shoes are great - the height and wide heel make them very comfortable and my feet didn't hurt even after standing and walking in them all day. Easy to dress up or down. Quality materials that are worth the price. Only thing is the strap over my toes rubs a little (though I find this to be true for most shoes of the same style).

The shoes are really pretty and look like they do in the pictures. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 depending the brand and style and ordered both sizes. The 8.5 fit better and was much easier to get on. I wore them for a wedding and thought they were pretty uncomfortable after about and hour or so, but not so uncomfortable that I had to take them off.

very comfortable soles. The heel feels lower than it looks. Wish the width came in a wider option; fits ok, but not sure if it will be uncomfortable after wearing it a long time. I tried on a 7.5 and an 8, but the width didn't really vary, just the length of the shoe.

These shoes fit me perfectly, and I have a narrow foot. I ordered both the suede and the denim. The suede is extremely comfortable and soft, but I kept the denim because it matched more of my clothes. The first time I wore them out walking, I got a pretty brutal blister on my fourth toe. I'd recommend a preemptive bandaid. :) I'm pretty sure the suede would not have caused that issue.

Love toms

I am usually a pretty solid size 7.5 but in this shoe it was too tight. I ordered another pair of Toms that I am returning for the same reason. I'll be re-ordering these in a half size larger. They are adorable!

These shoes are adorable. That being said I’m usually a true 8.5 and I felt like the 8.5’s were a bit tight. So I sized up to a 9. They are a little loose but I’m keeping them.

I love these shoes and it pained me to return them, however they didn't work with my high instep - the straps rubbed. If i'd gotten the leather straps I think it would have been fine since those would have stretched out some, but I had the linen ones and I just couldn't take the chance.

I really wanted to like the shoes, as they were really cute. However, the strap across the top just hit my foot wrong and it wasn't comfortable.

These ended up being too narrow for me

Size a half size up for Toms always! These are a beautiful red and the material is so soft. The straps rub slightly because they are stiff. But overall, a beautiful shoe! I’ve received several compliments already!

These sandals are so cute, but unfortunately I had to return them due to sizing. I normally wear a size 7 shoe in all other brands except Toms. In Toms, I wear a 6.5. The ankle/heel area of the shoe in size 6.5 was so loose the shoe would barely stay on my foot. I do have narrow feet (I have trouble getting flats to stay on in the back). The actual footbed was the right size, so I didn't think sizing down would help the issue. Oh, well. Super cute and comfy so if you don't have narrow ankles/heels these could work for you!

Love the style of this sandal. Looks great! I found a half size smaller than normal to be a better fit, but then my left foot hit a little off in the shoe bed. This is the only thing that keeps me from rating it a 5.
