Ordered a half-size down since I wont' be wearing socks—you might find the same is needed. But once I got the right size they fit so perfectly! Love the style and color, great slip-ons!

Ordered these for my husband in drizzle grey. Good color and he is very satisfied with them.

It's the perfect summertime casual shoe - next best thing to going barefoot. This is my second pair. To keep them clean, I just toss them in the washer an use cold water; air dry. Washing makes them gradually fade, like denim jeans.

ok, well the bad: whatever Toms infuses into their outsole is EXTREMELY slippery. Please stop doing this Toms. Until that layer wears off, they are dangerous on ANY smooth surface. I literally took the dremel to the bottom of mine because I need to break them in. 2. Deconstructed is great, but wearing them barefoot will tear your feet up. The new heel, sewn all the way to the collar creates two sharp little corners that dig into my heel. They same spot on both feet. 3. It's a very thin sole, more like the thickness of the originals with an insole. The good: They're stylish and will probably end up being very comfortable w/o socks eventually. Size down or they'll slip and cause more damage.

I'm typically a 10.5 Mens but Toms almost always need to be 11 just to allow more width. These slip on Alpargata's are great, wore then all over the country last summer until I destroyed them sopping wet at Niagara falls, couldn't quite get the smell out. Not very much arch support if any, so keep that in mind. If that doesn't bug you though, very comfortable and versatile.

I think I love these way more over regular Toms because the sole is so much thicker and more cushioned. More arch support than the flat originals. Doesn't look all too different from a classic either. Great!

This is a nice, stylish shoe. It's sort of halfway between an espadrille and a sneaker. I bought these as I was bored with the usual TOMS espadrille and wanted to try something different. This a good shoe for casual looks. Would recommend sizing down if you plan on wearing without socks. I bought these a half-size smaller than my usual size and they fit perfectly after wearing them for an hour or so.

Yes, order half size down. I’m an 11, these 10 1/2’s will not be too loose after a month or two as the 11’s would and they’re perfectly fine out of the box. A good-looking casual shoe that you may wind up wearing way more than you think (I do) when you’re not going to work. Excellent construction. I like that Tom’s gives proceeds to charitable causes.

These are perfect for vacation travel, because they are so light, and they food flat for easy packing. They are equally suited to wearing outdoors in the summer, or as house slippers. When they get soiled or sweaty, I simply remove the insole and toss them into the washer with my dirty laundry (cold water, air dry). Though the insole is not thickly cushioned, they are remarkably comfortable for walking. The rubber outsole does tend to wear down if you do a lot of walking on pavement, but the cost of a new pair is comparable to having shoes resoled. This is my second pair and won’t be my last.

Was s little skeptical at first but when I got them , they very nice and confortable.

I would recommend going with a half size down in the Tom's slip on. These are comfortable and holding up after two years of regular wear. I'll probably wash soon as others have recommended.

I rarely get all crazy for shoes, but man - these are fantastic. They're super-comfortable - whatever the soles are made of is so soft and cushioney, it's like walking on clouds, with just the right amount of support. Seriously, every time I get up and take a step I'm like "whoo, these feel GOOD". We're in a neighborhood with bars and food all around, so a killer walking shoe that looks nice is a great find. They look great too, much sleeker than the product photos (which look like big tugboats). Really a good looking shoe, and with jeans or decent pants, they're very "presentable" and don't have a tennis-shoe look at all. The black soles give them a bit more elegance than a white or rope sole. With shorts, they don't make your feet look huge - they're really much more streamlined than the photo suggests, and the way the canvas tucks in at the front makes a nice box-toe look. Only issues - like other reviewers, I too find they're somewhat slippery - I can skate across hardwood floors with them. Hopefully walking on concrete will roughen them up a bit. If you wear them barefoot, they feel fine (there's a smooth lining inside, not raw canvas) but you'll get dark toenails the first couple days, so if you sing in a Cure tribute band, you'll have a nice goth-toe look going. Hopefully wearing socks a few times will absorb the extra dye. And, as someone who has broken both of my little toes over the years (and they've healed a little knobby/funky) walking a few blocks was rubbing the sides of those toes a bit raw. Hopefully wearing socks for a few days will stretch them a bit, but that may be an issue unique to my feet. Vans makes nice "barefoot" socks that would go well with these. I have some good looking shoes, but this is the first pair I want to show to every guy I know and say "get these!!" Really a great shoe at a great price. Mrs - approved as well.

Easy on, easy off! Can pair with casual and more dressy outfits. It's a comfortable, versatile shoe.

These TOMS were too loose after wearning the classic shoe. Maybe my son's foot is narrow but he did not like the fit.

After trying on a pair of 10's and 10.5's I simply gave up on this pair of Toms. My feet were either crammed into the shoe or had so much extra space that I was bound to get blisters.

I ordered a half a size down as another review suggested. I found that they work with or without socks and seem to expand just a bit with wear. I was pleased with these shoes.
