I'm usually a 7.5 and the 7 fit length-wise. However, as other reviewers noted, these shoes are very narrow – and for the record, I don't have wide feet. The toe box was very very very tight at first.. so tight that it hurt to walk around with these inside, as I was trying them on. I did some research and ended up stretching the toe box using a hard dryer while wearing two pairs of thick wool socks. Took two rounds of this technique to be able to walk in these shoes outside. I thought I was good to go, but I ended up developing some pretty gnarly blisters and then calluses on my pinky toes over the course of a week (walking 3 miles each day). These do not breathe well - my feet got super sweaty in them (not great). No blisters on my heels though -- they're padded and quite comfy right where new shoes usually rub when walking. Within 3 weeks, these shoes are looking rather worn in, but not in a good way - the white soles have yellowed significantly, and the leather didn't hold its shape well. I was hoping these would be semi-professional shoes I could wear at the office, but they're just looking grubbier than I'd hoped. Overall I still like them, but they won't be my day-to-day footwear, namely because of the fit and how quickly they're wearing in. Expected more from Frye, especially at this price point for sneakers.

I ordered two pairs, sizes 7 and 7.5. I've bought several pairs of Frye short boots, and the 7.5 boot fits me perfectly (with thin socks). This loafer style fits differently. For one thing, when I line up the two sizes next to each other, they appear to be exactly the same length; the only difference is that the 7.5 is wider than the 7. But when I put my finger on the tip of my big toe, I've got half an inch to spare with the 7, and almost an inch to spare with the 7.5. Both sizes of the shoes slip on easily. Note: I am wearing them with SmartWool ultra lite (rather thin) socks. I also tried them without any socks and they are way roomy! I have a high arch, but the elastic at the sides allows a fairly comfortable fit even with the high arch. The heels are very well padded and feel just slightly springy. Someone else remarked that the heel "comes up high" but I didn't find that at all; the back of the heel seems normal to me. I got the nubuck mousy color, and it looks great. The tailoring around the sides of the shoe gives a distinctive look, unlike the other brands that do not have the extra bells and whistles. The size 7 fits me like a glove, with plenty of room in the toes. It's just a hair snug behind the ball of the foot where I have a high arch, but I will just use shoe stretch shoe spray and that will fix it. I will also use the water-repellent spray on these nubucks, as I have with my Frye short boots. It doesn't turn them any darker, and it keeps dirt off. The heel height is fine, perhaps less than an inch, but not totally flat, either; has something of a lift. I really like the fit with the size 7, but the 7.5 feels way too roomy, even though I often wear a size 7.5 in other types of shoes, including sneakers. These pull-ons are a great alternative to "sneakers." And they can go with jacket and pants or jeans, which is how I plan to wear them. The relatively soft nubuck and the mousy color are the best choice for me.

I love these shoes. They're cute and comfortable. They run big though. I wear a 9 or 9.5 in Asics running shoes. The 8.5 in this shoe fits me.

I just bought my second pair of Fyre Ivy slips in grey nubuck because they are comforable and supportive. I have worn other brands of slip ons, but they did not provide the support, stability, and cushion like the Ivys' do. I can walk all day in them and my feet and back won't ache. These are a great alternative to sneakers-they are more stylish and dressed up looking. The Ivy's run about a half size large in length. They initially fit a little cosy width wise, but do stretch out a bit. These are more narrow than dylan slip, which I found to be too wide.

These were very comfortable as soon as I put them on. They are well constructed, the inside of the shoe is soft and the leather is pliable enough to accommodate a bunion. They do not really have much arch support but my regular arch support made the fit perfect. They are great for travel, trips around town.

This is a great looking shoe, but it just can’t compete with Ecco’s similar styles in terms of fit. It was noticeably more narrow in the toe area than the Ecco’s which made the shoe far less comfortable. Frye makes great looking shoes but they need to work on comfort.

These are so gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, they are far too narrow for my feet so I Have to reurn them. The color and style are perfect so I really wish they fit me properly.

Ordered in 8 and 8.5 to fit my high arch and average width foot.Both fit the same in width but the difference seems to be in length with the 8.5 too long in the toe, thus bending in the ball of the foot at the wrong place. So I'd recommend not sizing up for a bit more width in that sizing up results in a longer run from heel to toe. Also, I own the DYLAN style and this Ivy rides higher on the back of the heal. The Dylan rides lower and doesn't cause a rub. Ivy may rub... To be determined. Ivy is also more narrow than Dylan style by a bit.

Order one1/2 size smaller than you would normally wear. I wear a 9.5 ordered a 9 and they’re perfect, no slip. I love the way they feel and they look great. Little pricey but good quality.

Love these shoes! Perfect when you want something nicer than a sports sneaker. Super comfortable and fit me true to size (size 8). I don’t have wide feet so not sure if that’s the issue others have. Have black leather and they are my go to shoe

These were too narrow for my feet, and ultimately I had to send them back. I love the way these shoes look, they were a little stiff/tight across the top, but leather stretches out over time.

Great shoes. I generally wear a 10N. Based on the reviews that said that the shoes ran large and narrow I went ahead and ordered a 9.5M. The shoes seem to fit perfectly however, I’m concerned that they would be a little short after working a short distance. The width is wonderful for my narrow foot. I ordered the 10M too, I’m still deciding if they will be good, they are good in the length but maybe a little too wide. I would love to keep these shoes, they are beautiful, well made, very comfortable, very soft leather. I wish that they came in narrow.

Although there is moderate arch support, I remove the existing ones (& they remove easily) and replaced them.with more firm ones. Fit is true to size in length and width.

I love these shoes. The only issue I have with them is that I thought I could wear medium-weight socks with them, but they are just too tight with that type of sock. I can wear very thin socks with them, or no socks at all. Overall, they are well made, and attractive. I'm happy I made this purchase.

FINALLY, a slip on that actually stays on my heel!! I have been searching and buying (and then returning) countless slip on sneakers since Ecco changed their fit and I can't wear them anymore. Thank god I found these, because I thought I'd never be able to wear a slip on again. I have narrow heels and this shoe's padded collar keeps my foot in place. It also makes the shoe super comfortable. I don't think it's so padded that people with average heels couldn't wear them, though. The overall shoe provides good support for feet, and they feel like orthotic shoes without sacrificing style. They also dress up nicely with a blouse, dress, or even a suit. The ONLY thing that might be a problem for some people is the toe bed being slightly narrow. I have medium width feet and they fit perfectly, but if you have a wider foot these probably aren't the right slip ons for you.

love this well-crafted slip-on sneaker.... in white it makes my foot look big, but I don't care ... the wonderful soft Italian leather and lining, including cushioned trim around the sides and the heel... means I don't have to worry about blisters... YAY!!!
