I am on my second pair of these shoes. I use them for boot camp and cross training exercises and normally have to replace them every 4-6months or so. They have stood up to a lot of hard and dynamic exercises that were mostly outdoors. I just wish they had more color options.

Love these! Perfect for Jazzercise!

I love ASICS and will continue to buy them for my size 11 feet. However these shoes are listed as a cross training shoe but I felt they were a bit too giving with side to side dynamic movements and I just didn’t feel secure. They work great as a light weight running shoe with lots of support.

These shoes fit me well and are flattering. I had a pair in a different color that I wore out and needed to replace. Very happy with this style and fit.

I'm normally a 9.5 and have wide feet (converse and vans are always snug on me) These medium width are perfect. I go to the gym a lot and use them for everything I do. I even wear them to work and they are super comfortable. I got the Asics with the small pop of pink so to me they go with everything! I've been wearing them for 3 weeks now and I can say they're super breathable too. No loss on the tread, still comfy. I work at a school so I wear these all day and into the night when I go to the gym and then college. They hold up nice and again comfy. I would buy another pair instantly.

I have been going to the gym for 2 months straight now and have mixed in some yoga. I have wide feet so converse and vans have always fit a bit narrow. These medium widths are perfect! Any wider and I would have to go down a half size. I am a 9.5 and these have okay arch support. I also have high arches. I feel that down the line these shows will stretch (already very breathable) I will try to fix that with some insoles. Overall, these have been good for my warm-up run (15-20mins), I mainly lift. Love the small pop of pink and Asics logo design. Cute!

I bought these to wear all day at work. They are true to size , very comfortable, rooomy in the toe box, and very breathable (no hot feet). I put in my own inserts to give a bit more arch support. These are my run around shoes , not what I buy for high intensity workout classes.

PERFECT! I love asics! I tried a couple other pairs from different brands and these are the best for Cross fit, HIGH workouts and lifting! Felt great the first time I wore them!! I do buy a half size bigger than my regular size in all athletic shoes and that was true for these as well.

This is the first pair of sneakers that fit so perfectly that I was able to wear them to my HIIT class the same day I received them without any breaking in and no blisters! really excellent stability & perfect fit.

These shoes are great for my cardio-dance classes on a studio floor. My orthotic fits in the shoe quite well. I like the light grey color for spring/summer.

I really love these shoes for cross-training! I was working out in running shoes, and that was NOT working. These are way better for lateral movement and overall comfort during training. I usually wear either an 8.5 or 9, and I decided to size up. I felt like they were just a tad smaller than I was hoping, but it hasn't caused any discomfort during use-- but I notice that my big toe slightly touches the top of the shoe. I also noticed that it doesn't offer as much arch support as I am used to, probably because I normally wear running shoes for all exercise. That being said, I notice that only when I'm walking to and from the gym. During my workout, these shoes are really great. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent shoe for aerobic dance classes. The size felt a tiny bit small to me, so I had to wear thin socks instead of my usual cushiony workout socks, but that wouldn’t stop me from buying another pair of these shoes. They’re very pretty and comfortable, even at the end of a workout.

I had purchased the ASICS TR 3 previously and was very satisfied with them EXCEPT that after only a few months, the contrasting color on the soles started to peel back, as they are only glued to the bottoms of the sneaker. Now I am trying the ASICS TR 4. They, too, are very comfortable. With the many running shoes that are on the market, it's nice to find a pair of crosstrainers that are lightweight, comfortable, and do the job during rigorous workouts. I hope this upgraded version of the shoe will be the improved version!

I was nervous at first since the shoe felt a little snug when I first put them on. After a week of fitness classes, these shoes are comfortable and offer great support. I never have owned Asics before. Usually, I buy New Balance. Glad I purchased these.

Great fit, awesome colors.

I wear a 10/10.5 in dress shoes and sandals. I always size up in sneakers to accommodate for a sock and HIIT movements. I've bought every generation of these Gel-Craze sneakers - I love them. I've had this current pair since November and I use them six days a week for half hour HIIT training and half hour personal training. They aren't the most stylish sneaker at the gym, but they're versatile, comfortable and breathable. I'll save the style for the heels. :)

I’ve worn the previous version of this shoe in a size 8. Purchased the size 8 in this shoe - definitely 1/2 size too small. Reordered the 8.5. Perfect! Great for HIIT workouts.

I bought these for my HIIT class. They are light and supportive, plus didn’t require being broke in. Good purchase.
