This dress will give you the perfect hourglass silhouette. The waist is higher than normal, but it's not empire. The weight is good for summer. It's not too heavy, but won't fly up in the breeze.

First prana dress super comfortable and easy to dress up/down. Good length (at knees) for work. Wish the black was a true black instead of a grey though. Since the dress is looser below the waist, I sized down from a large to a medium (33 waist, 42/43 hips). Just bought blue as well.

The dress is really comfortable. The problem for me is that the dress looks matronly to me. This doesn't mean that the style won't work for others--for me though, it was too long and felt like a house dress. I'm 5'4, 125lbs. I bought 2--one in black and one in blue. Both colors were fine. I returned them.

not at all what I was expecting. I know it's a knit dress but it looks cheaply made and definitely not what I was expecting at this price.

This is a very cute and comfortable dress, however, after about 3 wears, the cotton material showed all pilling. I have the same dress in another color and the same thing happened, must be a defect in the material. Definitely NOT a good value for the price! I am returning it!

This dress is super cute and comfortable. It fits me perfect and is the right length (right above the knee). It is gray (not black as in the description) which I am fine with, since most of my clothes are black. I am 5'5", 130 lbs, curvy.

I looooove this dress! The weight and drape of the cotton knit fabric is great. I wore it to a wedding and dressed it up with bold jewelry. The fit is very flattering and size perfect. I’m looking forward to traveling with it too; the wrinkles relaxed from just hanging it up after it arrived.

oh my goodness I love this dress! it fits well, I love the fabric and it will be wonderful to travel with. I bought it to go to a wedding (casual dress suggested) but can dress it up with some clunky fun jewelry. It's going to make a great travel dress since it's breathable, can be dressed up or down and is modest yet stylish. I like the ruched waist; that's a style that is flattery for me as a curvy gal and it's not too low cut like a lot of dresses are these days and the knee length is perfect. I like the Prana brand for their fair market and ethical production mission. I love it!

I love this dress. I ordered it for a funeral during our 95 degree humid August weather. It was perfect. I wore flats and a more dressy necklace and it was great. I am wearing it again for around the house, and again it's perfect. It's comfortable and extremely flattering. I am a 36D and 5'2" and ordered a Large. (yeah I'm not putting my weight--mainly because I don't know it!!) The length is exactly to my knee so I imagine if you are tall it will be short.

I really like this dress. It is super comfy and easy to wear, but beautiful and classy and a little something special all at the same time.

This fabric in this dress is very soft and the style is flattering. It hits right at my knees.

This dress is perfect! Material is thick and stretchy, but also lightweight and comfortable. I love the empire waist because it minimizes my imperfections (larger hips, tummy pooch). It can be dressed up or down depending on shoes and accessories. It hits me just above the knee and doesn't show too much cleavage. I bought it in a second color because I love it so much!

Very cute, sized just right. Fabric is soft and comfy. This will be a big staple in my summer travel wardrobe.

I wanted this to work so badly, for wearing out and about to grocery store etc. Overall seemed like a very nice comfortable dress. I am 5'2", 128 lbs, wear a 34B. The SM fit well all around (and hit just above the knee) -- except the chest. The cups were like, baggy. I did not try sizing down, because I felt the XS would have been too tight in the torso. I haven't had this problem with other Prana dresses, but the others had built-in shelf bras, so maybe that is why.
