I’m an ASICS person through and through, and I’ve re-ordered these because they were HUGE. Seriously, the 8 looked and felt like a 9.5 on my feet, and I’m usually a pretty solid 7.5-8. There were inches of space in the toe box and I looked...odd. However, I like the general style and price point if these shoes, so I’m re-ordering. I think the other reviewers are seriously mistaken in saying these run small—no way. Enormous. I have wide, awkward, hobbit-like karate girl feet and had accounted for long toes... my mistake? Order the smaller end of your usual size range.

I love this brand because it is comfortable, feel light as air and they make my large foot appear smaller than other brands.

Great shoe, ASICS always feels one size too small, I usually wear a 10, bought a 10 1/2 which works, but could easily wear an 11. If I used them for running I’d recommend one to a half size larger depending on your foot.

My wife loves the style and comfort of this shoe. Great for walking too!

Absolutely in love with these. Feels like they were molded to my foot and they'll help me mitigate my underpronation. Plus they are sexy as heck. And of course, Zappos selection and shipping are second to none.

Great walking shoes, comfortable. I wear 10 in most shoes, I’d recommend a 10.5 or 11 if you think you need that extra toe room. ASICS is my usual go to for daily walk the dog shoes.

Great looking shoe but for some reason Asics now have to ordered a half size larger. One should keep that in mind before ordering to avoid returns.

Not wide at the toe box, which is where it really matters.

Bought these for my 9 year old daughter. I love the support that ASICS gives and she can always pick a fun color scheme to suit her personality. She loved them out of the box. Can’t believe how fast her foot is growing!

Love ASICS-GEL Contend 4. I am a true size 5 medium and these are great. This is my go to workout brand because I can always count on true sizing and comfortable fit.

I purchased an 8.5 (I normally wear an 8) based off of customer reviews, and the 8.5 was too big. I ended up returning them because they kept slipping off the back of my heels, even with the shoelaces tied tight. I had also ordered the Asics Gel Excite 4 in an 8.5, and they fit perfectly. Plus they were cuter, so I'm keeping the latter.

Love these Asics Gel Contend 4 shoes, they go with anything. I've had a couple pairs of this style of shoe for work for at least 3 yrs. Was worried the "new" version wouldn't fit right. They fit perfect even with my "new" orthodics.

I’ve been wearing these daily for a few months now and they are holding up well. They’re great if you prefer a firmer insole rather than a cushiony one.

Asics are always great. These are the same. Always comfortable and supportive.
