I really like these shoes! I've always purchased Asics shoes for running, but have never gone with this model. Overall, I really like them - they are comfortable and are great for long runs. They do run a half size small (I ordered the same size I always do and they are a little tight).

The 8 fit as expected, but I am usually a medium width and needed to get a wide in these. The back of the shoe seems high and stiff and hasn't softened with use. Soles have plenty of grip and feel stable for hiking.

I purchased these to use as a hiking shoe and wore them for the first time on a 10+ mile hike in Colorado. Not the smartest idea to break them in that way but they were GREAT! I'm usually a size 10 (which is what I purchased) but I probably could have gone down a half size. I also purchased these in wide as I have a bone spur at the base of one of my little toe which is easily irritated and these shoes did not bother that at all! If you're looking for a super supportive and stiff hiking shoe this is probably not for you However, if you want something that's more of a hybrid you should definitely give this one a try.

Little snug across the top, but I know they will stretch a bit. Otherwise, feels like I'm walking on clouds :) Always loyal to Asics ~

Shoe felt a little too narrow, not horrible though. They felt really stiff all around. I could've lived with the sole being stiff, since they are a trail shoe, but the upper part seemed very stiff as well. Wanted to like them especially for the price, but the stiff upper rubbed on my ankles & was uncomfortable.

Too slim for wide feet

I ordered a wide shoe, and it was a bit narrower than I expected. But it worked, and I'm happy with my purchase.

I ordered a wide width but shoes were too narrow and uncomfortable. Did not fit like the previous ASICS I have owned.

I have half a dozen pair of ASICS, all 9.5. These 9,5 are to tight, too small. Love the color.

My size is a 9 W but no way was it 9 or a wide width!!!!!

I loved the color and the look of this shoe. Side by side another Asics style and it is clearly smaller although the same size. It felt narrow and I have a firmly medium width foot, never wide or narrow. I do not have an option to size up as other reviewers have mentioned so if you can definitely order 1/2 to full size up.

What the other reviews say about the narrowness of this shoe are true. I’m giving the shoes one more day and then I will decide if I need to return them. The top of my feet hurt after wearing them for 4 hours. I absolutely love the colors and style, and wish I could keep them.

The ink blue color looks great, but the shoe has a very narrow toe box. I have a narrow foot, and I don't think that a woman with a regular medium-width foot will find this shoe to be comfortable. Perhaps ordering up a half size would give a little more room in the front? I am exchanging mine for a larger size.

Way too narrow and low profile. I ordered a D width and these would be narrow for a normal width shoe.

I have been wearing this brand for many years. This pair was too narrow for my medium foot and it was 1/2 size too small.

I have wide feet, so I ordered a 6.5 Wide. I was very surprised at how tight these shoes fit. Don't get me wrong, the gel insert on these shoes feels incredible and I can only imagine it would be like walking on clouds, but I could not get past how strangled my feet felt in these shoes. The toe box is incredibly small and narrow and my feet did not appreciate the lack of breathing room in the shoe.

I like these shoes, but, the toe area is pretty narrow. I usually don't have to get a wide in shoes, but I think I'm going to send these back and get a wide. I wear a size 12 in women's. I love that Asics carries size 12! I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit & are comfortable. The shoes is comfortable (besides my crunched up toes) and has great support.

Great shoe if you hate your pinky toes but like the color. That being said I do love Asics just not this style,too narrow in front.

I had to return because even the wide was too narrow for my toes.

I've had these shoes for under 3 months and have only run 2-5 miles max per week in them and they have holes on both top sides of the natural bend of the toe box. Very disappointing.
