A PARTY IN THE TOE BOX! If you're looking for a stiff sole, wide toe box, and overall the most comfortable cycling shoe on the market, but these now! I have the beginning of a bunion and narrow toe box and stitching on most shoes are pretty uncomfortable. Wore these for a 40 mile muddy trail ride last weekend and was delighted with them. Easy to wash off, super comfortable... feet felt great at the end of the ride for the first time! I wear a 7.5 shoe and the 39 fit great.

I bought the Shimano MT5 (men's version) in black, size 46, and they are great! I was a little apprehensive because I have flat, wide feet, and other Shimano cycling shoes in that size had been too small so I had to return them or move up to size 47. However, these fit well and the toe box is the roomiest I've found in any bike shoe. These are mountain bike shoes but I wanted them for my road bike. My Speedplay Frog pedal cleats fit with no problem which means these shoes will be great for long, casual rides, and will allow me to walk around inside coffee shops, etc., without falling down or ruining floors. They even look a lot like an ordinary pair of sneakers. I'm strictly a recreational and (relatively unfit) fitness rider who won't likely ride enough to wear these out anytime soon, so I didn't want or need the most expensive shoes out there. These were reasonably priced and should serve me well for years to come. I'm very happy I found them.
