I had this same sneakers size 11 for a while and now they dont fit as they used to. I first got the 11 and they wouldnt fit me at all so I got the 11. 5 and they are not comfortable as well. I dont know how the company changed sizes like this

Poor SupportGreat Support
These are super cute and a classic of course. Unfortunately, the shoe does not have any arch support and my foot easily pronated. I tried adding an arch support insert but then my heel kept slipping out. I wish I could have kept them because they are very on trend right now and can be worn with dresses and crops.
