Bought this for a trip to Iceland in June, when the temperature ranges from 45 to 55 degrees F and it rains quite often. This jacket folded up easily into my day pack and kept me dry at a moment's notice. It's super light and kept me protected from the wind and light rain.

I have only tried this jacket on; I have not as yet worn it out in the wind and the rain. It feels comfortable, perhaps a bit stiff since it is new. I do hope it breathes in warmer weather. I love the color and shape.

Thin enough to use for the summer storms without getting hot

I wear this jacket every time it rains. It's big enough to put a sweater under without being bulky. Dries quickly, looks nice.

I bought this for mom. I like the light weight and comfort. I got the light blue one and the color was the same as the picture on the website. She likes the color so she can wear casually.

Want a jacket that isn't tight around the middle and isn't too baggy? Want a jacket that just covers your rear end and isn't too short or too long? How about a jacket that is light and allows space for layers because is isn't too tight at the waist or in the arms? Need just 2 outside zip pockets and one inside pocket? Looking for jacket that folds for travel and doesn't look like you slept in it? I have been looking for the PERFECT jacket for years. I kept ordering/buying the wrong jackets. THIS IS IT! I bought one in beautiful light blue, then another because when you find a good thing they always seem to discontinue it don't they (or you lose it) ? Then I bought one for my daughter! Not a winter jacket, but good with layers as needed the rest of the year. I usually wear a medium and a medium fits just right. My advice? BUY IT. ITS A REAL "KEEPER".

It is a great product with lovely color

I purchased this jacket in May and took it on an adventure trip to Peru. Before I purchased it, I also tried on a hoody underneath to make sure I could wear other clothes with it. I'm glad I did because I ended up buying one size larger than I normally would. The jacket kept me dry in pouring rain. I particularly liked the adjustable visor, which allowed me to wear my glasses even during the worst of the precipitation. I wore the jacket in temperatures ranging from 30 degrees Fahrenheit all the way to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I felt comfortable regardless of the temperature. The jacket is stylish enough to wear in the city and very functional for treks. The outside pockets zip up and the inside mesh pockets are deep enough to stow a passport. My only suggestion for the future is for the manufacturer to include zip-up inner pockets for additional security.

Needed an all purpose rain and wind jacket. Got a size up for layering. Fits great. Looks great. Good price.

I've needed a raincoat for so long and I love all of my north face jackets so it was easy to know where I was going to get one!!! I loved mine so much I bought 2 more for my girls! It's light and comfortable but yet keeps you warm also on those damp rainy days! I ordered a size bigger just to make sure of the fit and I love that its loose in case I want to wear a sweatshirt or sweater under it! Plus a huge bonus with the large size choices!!!

We get boating a lot and it's perfect to combat the wind and great add a layer underneath as needed.

I'm hiking a lot that's perfect jacket for rain and windy weather even at winter time it's perfect top on my regular jacket.

I purchased this for my daughter as a replacement for one she purchased in 2012. She bought a black one her Freshman year of College at UNC-Greensboro. She now works at the University. Within the past 4 months she has been struck by a car two separate times while crossing the road, once while heading to work and this last time while heading home. I wanted her to have a bright colored jacket as to increase her visibility for motorist. She received this one week after her accident and wears it every day, regardless of the weather. The drivers said they just didn't see her.

Wearing it, I'm dry, comfortable, and cool! Perfect weight!
