The best jacket ever for my trip to Ireland Packs awesome and is waterproof for unexpected rain. I was dry comfortable and stylin in my jacket so happy !!!!!

Bought this jacket after getting caught in a down pour while golfing in a tournament. Could not find my older golf jacket and regretted playing without one stored in my car. Found this while drying off in the clubhouse. It was perfect- golf, fit and protection from the rain when needed. Love it for non-golf days too. Very hard to find the traditional rain slicker. This is a much better alternative and look. Even better, it is a North Face Jacket.

I have worn this jacket in the rain on multiple occasions and it holds up perfectly. I live in Florida so the humidity is awful but this jacket does not keep in the heat of my body like my previous Columbia jacket did, so I am truly comfortable. The jacket is super cute too.

I will be going to Ireland in September so it will be the only jacket I need!

I have not tested this jacket in the rain yet but I wore it around the house for a couple hours after receiving it and never got hot. This tells me it won't keep you warm, but it feels durable, lightweight, and rain proof. It's thin enough to easily pack into one of the pockets on my pack for an extra layer. I ordered the gray color with teal logo, and when I received it, it was more of an olive green. (It was called "Grape Leaf", green, not grey, duh.) The picture was slightly misleading but I still like it.

This jacket is awesome for the Florida rainy season! It's light weight so I don't feel like it effects me in the summer heat. It keeps our all the rain, even when it comes down sideways in sporadic monsoons.

Excellent for use in the rain during summer. Very lightweight but waterproof. Other jackets get hot in short order, but not this one.

Bought this jacket for my daughter to use at sleep away camp. This jacket was perfect! True size, lightweight for summer, durable for those summer storms in the mountains.

I had the similar version from maybe 2011, but they have updated the material and lining since then and it is much better! Less flimsy but still lightweight and protects in a rainstorm, love the heathered color too.

My last jacket was same style North Face Ventura and loved it.

I love this new jacket! I had one for years and the lining started coming off and I sent it back and ended up with this one! North face warranty is the best!

I bought this jacket for wet weather. I like that it's light weight because I can wear I three seasons of the year where I live. It's also packable which makes it easy to take on trips. If I could change one thing, I'd make it so the jacket could be stuffed into either pocket instead of just one.

I've been looking for a lightweight summer rain jacket I could wear to casual outings as well as when exercising, and ran into a friend who had this jacket on - I immediately went home and ordered it. Most lightweight rain jackets I saw were either too high fashion or looked great for running, or running out to the gym, but I wouldn't want to wear them shopping or to a casual meal with friends or family. This jacket covers all bases. I don't know if I'd like it as much if I was still running (I'd need something a little closer to the body), but it's great for walking, lunch out, or throwing in the suitcase for a casual weekend getaway. I love the velcro at the wrists. It keeps the wind out (and shortens the sleeve since I'm actually a petite so the arms are a little long for me, but were fine on my friend). If it came in petite it would be perfect.

I've been so excited for rain just to wear this jacket! Being a plus sized girl a xxl with a brand name never fits but this one, perfect!

I use it when I go out riding, walking, quick errands. It is lightweight which I love and the color is on point.

Jacket is great quality and fits true to size however the sleeves are a little long. Other than that I love this jacket. It's light weight and keeps the rain off.

I've been looking around for a new rain jacket when I came across this Venture 2 Jacket. The warranty on the product really caught my eye when making my final decision. I love the fact that it's light weight and it's easy to fold up to put in my bag. I've worn it twice so far & it's very durable in the rain.

Finally found rainwear that works

I bought this jacket in the green color and love it!! I was debating between this and a Columbia jacket. What I really liked about this one is that it keeps you warm unlike the Columbia jackets where you need to wear a sweater underneath. I also appreciated the vents for when you're heating up. This jacket kept me warm and dry during NY rain.

Purchased for my daughter after she kept stealing mine! Awesome lightweight waterproof rain jacket!

Will use when forcast calls for rainy cloudy weather. Love the fabric and color( it's not a bright red).

The jacket is perfect. Great easy-to-wear cut. I got the fire color and it's a great color to wrap around you on a grey day.
