The jacket is pretty. I got it in the emberglow Orange. Seems lightweight but it hasn't rained since I've gotten it so we'll see.

The North face products are superior! I am going to Europe and this jacket will be prefect. It is lightweight and very packable. It is aldo very fashionable so I won't embarrass my granddaughter. :-)

I was looking for s jacket to wear to soccer games and stay dry. This jacket is great! I love that it folds up into its own pocket. I have less to carry and I can even use it while hiking!

I haven't gotten the opportunity to wear mine in "real" rain yet or than sprinkles, but I do love the color and the workmanship & quality are top notch.

This is the only lightweight jacket worth buying. It keeps me warm and dry and easily fits in my backpack or purse. Ive tried cheaper other brands of this style and they are nothing but a waste of money. Everyone needs one of these especially if you live in the northwest!

This was a gift for my wife. The medium I initially ordered was a bit tight along the bust line, so we returned it. TNF promptly returned it and sent out a large that fit perfectly very quickly. There is no compromise with TNF, quality products combined with quality service. We are TNF fans for life.

I purchased this for my mom in the green color, size large and it was too small. She took it to a store and found that other colors in the large size fit her just fine, so she ended up selecting a different color since the store did not carry the green in an XL.

Given as a gift and went over very well They loved the colorful and the light weight jacket No heavy liner so not too hot.

My original jacket I bought over 7 years ago and traveled the world in started to delaminate and I sent it in and while they couldn't fix it, they sent me a gift card to get a new one.

After owning a lot of gear over the years, I've gotten a bit picky with the details. This jacket is fantastic, from the completely adjustable hood and the velcro-adjustable cuffs to the bit of fleecy fabric that goes between the zipper and your chin/mouth so you only feel soft coziness there! Wore it for a long, rainy walk when I first received it, and was so happy watching the water bead and roll right off; was even more happy when, after heating up further along in the hike, I could open up the pit zips and let in some fresh air...aaaaah. The fit is flattering without being confining, and the extra shoulder stretch is very useful. Perfect rain coat.

I got this for my sister as a gift. She loves and it wears it often... even in dry weather.

I bought this jacket for a hikin trip that I knew was going to be wet and rainy. The jacket turned out to be perfect for the trip! I bought a small ( I'm 5'3 and weigh 125 lbs) and it fits me perfectly! It's super cute, not too baggy which I like, and worked perfectly for the rain. It kept me dry and warm while looking adorable which I love! The only con is that it can get a bit warm while wearing it, but it is nothing that isn't bearable. Overall I love the jacket and was perfect for what I intially bought it for!

After reading loads of mixed reviews on this jackets I decided to buy it and try it out myself. I bought this jacket for my study abroad trip to Europe in a week as I needed something that was lightweight and easy to pack. I didn't think I'd have to use it before the trip but I have. When I first got the jacket I put it on and ran the sleeve under the faucet to test the waterproof claim and the water beaded right off and I stayed completely dry. It was raining all day the other day so I put on the jacket and again the water beaded right off, and it kept me warm. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and am trusting it to do its job in Europe!

I absolutely love this jacket! Being from Florida I always wear a rain jacket and rarely use an umbrella since it always rains sideways... I moved up north and see everyone wearing a north face jacket, so when I needed a new rain jacket I decided to buy a North Face. It is excellent at keeping me dry, and perfect for when I run and it starts raining. The sleeves are a little long on me, but it's not a big issue. Other than the sleeves it's a perfect jacket for the rain! I highly recommend it!

I love this coat. Lightweight but does the job. Easy to pack. Love the brightly colored accents, I ordered black with hot pink.

I purchased this to wear around campus on rainy and damp days! It is lightweight so it is nice for summer or winter with a coat underneath. The hood is large enough to cover face and completely water proof!
