I love these flip flops. They are super cute and comfy, but after falling down a set of wooden stairs the other day I wanted to warn others. They've been slippery on other surfaces, but I did not expect to walk down (not run) a set of stairs and literally have my feet taken out from underneath me. I'm pretty bruised up...not sure I can wear them anymore. :(

Different fit than most other reefs I’ve owned. The forefoot is weirdly narrow. Definitely would not have purchased if I’d had the opportunity to try on first.

These sandals used to be much better quality. I purchased them in mid-July and as of today (mid-Sept.) the soles have already worn through. I don't wear them everyday, only on the weekends with normal use and they're already uncomfortable because I can feel the bottom sole. Very disappointed. A pair of Reefs used to last me a full year. Also very slippery tread.

These flips are very cute but they run small!!! My heel is almost hanging off the end and the straps are tight on my foot.

I purchased these to replace my beat-up Rocket Dog flip flops, which I love. These looked to be a similar style. They were at least a full size too small (I wear a size 10). They also weren't that cushiony. I thought they'd have more heft to them after reading the good reviews. I sent them back.

Fits small and very tight. I could not get my wide foot in it. I had to return it. The sole felt squishy and comfortable but very thin. If I could have gotten my foot in, I think I would have worn it down in no time.

I love Reefs for the arch support and wish you would make the plain wide strap flip flop of many years back. However, I ordered the black Cushion Threads because of the wider strap. The soles are so slick on tile and hardwood floors that they are impossible for me to wear without fear of falling. We have tried everything to scuff up the soles and today we actually ruined them so they cannot even be returned. The Sandy soles work great but not these new soles.

The flip flops are my favorite, i had to order a new pair due to the bottom falling apart on my 3 year old reef flip flops. I loved my first pair so much, i decided to order a second pair to replace the old broken ones. Two days into wearing the shoes, the threading is coming apart, so I'm very dissatisfied with this pair, i would love to continue wearing and ordering these reefs but I'm afraid if i order again, they will also fall apart and i don't want to waste my money on something that is going to fall apart 2 days into wearing.

I washed multiple times and even put them in the washer but the b/ack dye still bleeds through and turn the bottoms of my feet black!. so these are pretty much unwearable.

first... all the reviews i read said to go up a size because they run small... mine didn't! I would have gotten a 9 but went up to a 10 b/c of all the reviews. A 9... would have done the trick. I'm returning and nothing getting another pair because of quality. I have a pair of reef's that are over 10 years old and I absolutely love them. The Quality was excelled! and now... why are companies make crap quality. The top of the shoes material is nice but the souls i know would fall apart within a month. It does have a nice soft touch to the top but they run VERY VERY NARROW! I have a med width foot and with my old reef's... perfect fit. These... so disappointed with REEF!

I've had these shoes for less than a month, and they are already wearing out. The foam has compressed, causing the shoe to look misshapen. In addition, there is no tread on the bottom, so they are extremely slippery. I purchased a pair in black and one in white and - for the money - I expected a lot better quality. i will be requesting a refund.

Reef used to be my favorite brand of flip-flops, and as a Florida girl I live in sandals. However, over the past few years Reef has shrunk their sizes, as in both the length of the foot bed and the tightness of the straps, as other reviewers have noted. I bought these in a 9, which barely fit even though I am a 9. However, the arch support was placed too far up on the sandal. So I exchanged them for an 8, and the arch support is still misplaced too far up. What a shame. I hope this company gets its act together because I can no longer buy their shoes.

Awful. I LOVE Reef flops. I own multiple pairs. The soles on these are very flimsy and the get caught if I happen to shuffle my feet and almost cause me to trip. Donated almost immediately.

The cushion between the right and left sandal compressed very uneven. After just one weekend of wearing these around the house my right sandal had completely compressed in the ball area while the left sandal had barely developed a wear pattern. As a whole both sandals had wore down much quicker than I had expected compared to other similar Reef sandals I had purchased in the past with a foam cushion base.

First the flip flops were too small and second the time it has taken to return and credit the amount back to me is ridiculous. As of today I still have not been reimbursed.
