I love this brand however I had to return this pair (and a similar style). The shoe landed right at my ankle and started rubbing during my test walk. Like all shoes- you have to try them on even with brands that generally fit!!

I’ve had these for almost two years and love them because they go with most anything and are comfortable. A note that they run wide, but this works for me, perhaps not for someone with a narrow foot. However, about a year in I had the same problem as one of the other reviewers because the piping along the sole started to detach. I wear them all the time so they’ve taken a hit, but it was still disappointing given the price.

Beautiful but had to return because the sizing was wrong. Too small for me at 42 and says made in Portugal. Customer service was top notch. Thank you Zappos.

These shoes run a bit large I suggest getting a half size smaller. Other that that they were a perfect fit after I added an insert. Good color that goes with everything.

It was bigger in length than other Fly shoe styles, however, it is beautiful.

The shoe was a little too big, but was tight across the top.

The fit is fine. I have several pairs of Fly London open toed shoes and a review indicated that it took a few wearings to break these in, yet I'm still unsure. They're loved by women with 'problem' feet, yet even after wearing them 3 times-my feet hurt after wearing them. I love the style, as they look great with a dress, slacks or jeans, and I'm hoping that they become more comfortable.

Fly London is my favorite brand of shoe. Love style and the comfort. From sandals, to shoes, to boots, I have six pairs--all size 39. However, the 39 was much too snug, especially in the front. I'm returning the 39. I've ordered a 40. I will return these as well. "Fits," but still a big snug in the width and then fear the heel may start to slip as they stretch. Perhaps Yaz is just not a good style if foot width is a bit wide.

They are a bit snug, but I read that they would loosen up or break in. I normally want my shoes to be a good fit right away, but was willing to give these a try.

These shoes are SO cute I get compliments every time I wear them.... BUT they rub my heels and above my ankles! I have "fixed" it by putting in heel lifts and heel pads, though now they feel tight in the toe with all this. They are so cute that I STILL wear them but if I'd realized how bad the problem would be I would have sadly returned them. Worth a try, though, if you're willing to go through the return process. Because if they fit you, they're dynamite!!

Loved these shoes but they were too big. I ordered the "recommended size" a 40 because Zappos was right on my last order. Sending back for a 39 (the size I am in other European shoes).

Read this if you a true US size 8. The 38 EU will be too small and the 39 will be a tad loose. No half sizes available in this brand. I kept the 39s since I appreciate that I can slip them off easily like mules but they aren't so loose that they 'clap' when I walk. They are comfortable (you won't feel like you are on your tippy toes but still have the look of a heel). My left shoe dug a tad in my upper foot area but feel I have already improved this with a little manual stretching. They look great with a skirt. They are pricey but I was desperate to get something I could wear to conventions where I could be on my feet all day in style!

Very sleek and stylish, but looked and felt huge and stiff - like a foreign body attached to the ends of my legs.

So disappointed! I really loved the look, but at $200 I expect arch support. There is none and my feet pronated terribly making these unusable.

The Interior finish needs to improve.

These shoes would have been very comfortable if the one right shoe was not digging into my top arch... Cute shoes!

I ordered the same size as other pairs of Fly London and these were so small, that I couldn't fit my foot into it. However, they are adorable so I am ordering the next size up.

Shoe runs small. Will try the next size up.

Too narrow at toes

I THOUGHT these would be okay. I'm a 40 in Birkenstocks and I've tried on a 40 in Fly London slingbacks (the YAZU). When I got these, they felt okay, but after wearing them a bit, they're too small. Order a size up!! Save yourself the time and trouble!

I love love love the look of these shoes - they fill a niche in my shoes that almost no other shoe does. I can dress them up or down. HOWEVER . . . the sides and the back are SO high - you can even see that in the product photo! - and the back of the shoe cuts into the back of my ankle like crazy. I cannot wear them without BandAids. I am trying to stretch/reshape the back but it's not working.

I really, really wanted these to work. I own several pairs of Fly London. But, like others have experienced, they were sliding off at the heel and I didn't think that I would be able to address it with pads, and I'd rather not spend the money for a shoe that doesn't fit. I don't know if its just too long, or if its something about the shape of the shoe itself but I didn't think a smaller size would necessarily work.

I usually wear 7.5, sometimes 7 and I have FLY boots in 37 so that's what I ordered but they were so small I couldn't get them on. I exchanged for 38 which fit better (still not much room to spare!) but no go. These are adorable and I wanted so badly to love them but sides are high and were digging right into the bottom of my ankle. They just hit in a weird spot and no amount of stretching was going to fix it. So sad. Had to say bye to fly.
