I have fairly narrow feet, but these shoes seem to have enough support for me, and they are surprisingly comfortable. They are a bit pricey and I waasn't sure they would work out, but I think I'll keep them.

Just got these booties and they are super cute on and comfortable too! The wedge is the perfect height. My only caution is that they don't slip on and off due to the tie in back. It's not a problem for me but some people may not want to deal with it. This is my second pair on Fly London in a week. I've never purchased this brand before and hope they last, because I could this brand becoming one of my favorites.

Cute! Slightly scrunchy and love the tie detail at the back. Soooo comfy and lightweight, I’m taking them on a trip to ... yes, London :). The red color is tomato, on the orange side, fun and not wintry.

Love this boots. Super comfortable to wear and walk for hours, all day running errands. Nice warmth and cute. I have a large foot and am short - I am super sensitive to shoes and boots that make my feet look big. These don't, another reason to love them.

Super comfy

These are only for narrower feet which, luckily, works for me. The toe box is snug so I plan to wear with thinner socks. I like the heel height and they are very comfortable and stable. And as for style, you can't beat this. Great with jeans or leggings.

I have high insteps and need arch support for my shoes... I had to really force my foot into these soft boots. I liked the design of back ties but once I finally got my foot I could feel the squeeze. I also noted no arch support under my arch area. Once removing the boot, worn for a minute, I had deep impressions of my socks on my feet. Yup a tad tight. I also find FLY to be very low on the vamp which is a problem for me. Loved the boot and concept but the boot didn't love my foot!

So sad they run small. Adorable and the sole feels so comfortable. Had to return them. Wish Zappos would carry more shows in women's 11 and in wide, and if a brand runs small, larger sizes so us taller women have better style choices.

I'm a pretty straight up European size 40 (US size 9) and these feel true to size. I don't usually wear heels but these are pretty comfortable - I guess the heel isn't super high! I do love the added height the platform gives without sacrificing comfort. I haven't worn them over a lengthy period yet so I can't really comment on the arch support. I have a high arch and when they're on, I don't feel my arch collapsing so I will say moderate arch support. Not sure I love how these look with my jeans but they look great with skirts/dresses. Also, they're not super easy to slip on as you have to undo/redo the laces but the laces help the bootie to hold the heel more securely so can't really complain :-)

These boots are great. I am only 5 feet tall and they give me confidence with a little more height. However tying these boots is kind of hard when you are in a hurry to get dressed. Doing it backwards I found a little difficult to get the right tightness of the shoe. Other than that they are great

I ended up going with a size up on these. Originally went with a 39, my normal size, wore them around the house a bit and they finally felt too tight. Of course, Zappos helped with the exchange even though it had a gift certificate and rewards dollars on the transaction. I just go the 40s and am wearing them comfortably. They feel a little stiff in the back (I got the black with the grey panel on the very back). The grey part is stiff at first but I imagine it will soften up and mold to my feet. I love that I can now have some height with comfort. Been wanting these forever so I am excited to start wearing them.

I thought these would look a little dressier with the wedge heel, but I felt like they appeared more like house shoes. The color looks nearly black online, yet is more of a slate gray. Very comfortable once I tied the laces tight.

This was my first Fly London purchase which was sooooo comfortable it prompted to try other styles of this brand. I am a true US size 8 and the 38 was too tight and the 39’s length was right but this shoe would require wearing socks so with socks, the 39 was still a tad too narrow. Despite the height of the wedge platform heel, she was very comfy. I thought the laces in the back was a nice touch but proved to be impractical that had Fly London included a side zipper, despite its narrowness, this would’ve been a keeper.

I ordered the 41, which is the largest size available. US sizing, I wear 10 1/2 or 11, depending. These boots are super-cute, but very tight in length and width for me. I'm going to get some stretchers and see if they'll loosen up. Rather try that than send them back, since there's no larger size to exchange them for anyway. They do seem to be well-made, however, which is why I'm hoping they'll withstand the stretchers. I'd recommend them if you have average-sized feet that aren't very wide.

I really this shoe--I've had Fly London shoes before however none that were enclosed like this. They run a full size smaller; if I were to order them again I would go up a full size. The style looks nice but having to tie them in the back every time you put them on is a pain--no easy in or out ( if you order them a little bigger than what you normally wear you could probably just slip in and out of them). I do like them overall but if I had it to do over again I would order a pair of the ones that are similar that are slip ons with no tie in the back and a full size larger.

Were too tight on top of toe box. Returned.

The fit and size were good. I wear an 8.5/9 and the 40 fit perfect. They were very comfortable but I needed them for work not just casual and they weren't as clean looking as I was hoping. I went with another style of Fly London instead and returned these ones.

The Fly sizing just doesn't work for me. I am a 9.5. The 40 was definitely too small; the 41 was a touch too loose. And this particular style looked a little sloppier/more casual than what I'd hoped for. If you get the fit right, I think this would be a very comfortable bootie.

I have another pair of these in a different color. Although this pair was supposed to be the same size, it was actually smaller in both length and width. If they had fit, I would've given them the same rating as the pair I have, which is four stars. So my three star rating is a bit unfair. It doesn't have to do with the shoe itself, since I think it's nice,and well constructed.

The toe box squeezed my foot as it is very narrow, and I have a narrow foot. Too bad, I love the style
