I bought the Adahy Hoody after literally months of research to find a do-it-all mid layer. It's perfect. It provides adequate warmth, but breathes so I can use it for hiking and mountain pursuits. It has lots of stretch to allow for easy range of motion, and ultimate comfort. Light-weight, packable, and the hood is key to adding that extra bit of warmth during an alpine start or a break in the action. This is my favorite piece of gear I own, hands down.

I picked this fleece up just a few months ago, and it has quickly become one of the most used mid-layers I own. It's materials and sizing make it just about the perfect accompaniment for all of the excursions I have used it on, including but not limited to three fourteeners, a half marathon, and many many in city exploration. The fit of it is just wonderful too, there is never any sagging or loose bits, everything conforms nicely to your body, making this just about the perfect mid-layer for most activities

I've been using this for medium to high output hiking at temps in the 50s F, with just an Arc'teryx t-shirt underneath, and for me it's perfect for that purpose: - It keeps me warm enough when starting out, and as I warm up it breathes well. - The hood works very well for cooler conditions. - The jacket doesn't flop around too much when partially or fully unzipped. Regarding the fit, for me that's also perfect in a size medium (I'm 6', 150 lbs, slim build). The material feels very comfortable on the skin, the fit is slightly snug but not tight, and the material has excellent stretch. If the fit is good for you, I can highly recommend this jacket.

Fantastic fleece. I have owned this fleece for almost a year and use it all the time. It's truly a 4 season fleece. Great as a stand a lone in Spring, Summer evenings, Fall and as a layering piece in the winter. This is the fleece I put on in the morning when I get out of bed and the fleece I have on in the evenings. Packs down small in my pack for travel / hiking. It has a very nice appearance so you can wear this for almost any event / occasion and it doesn't look like you are wearing a technical piece. I pair this with my Arcteryx Squamish hoody as a wind barrier and I have a perfect combination for a lot of activities. I really like the trim fit. I am 6'5" 190lbs with a 16.5"-17" sleeve length and the large fits me great. There is absolutely nothing I would change about this fleece. I have owned a number of high quality branded fleece jackets and by far this has been my all time favorite.

I use the Adahy Hoody across a wide range of activities, mostly lifestyle but also for mountain biking and staying warm at the rock gym. The sleeves are probably the aspect I like the most as they are a perfect length for my arms and are fitted without being too snug. The hoody itself is great for early evenings, especially as the fog rolls in. The only thing I wish it had was a small zipper pouch somewhere (upper sleeve, breast or rear hip line) to store sunglasses or keys. The zippered handpockets are nice to insulate the paws but they're not taut enough to hold something without it bouncing around.

I've had this hoody for a year now. It is my go to around the house during the winter months. (Someone keeps the heat down). I do wear it as a mid layer under the Fission SV. The perfect niche for this hoody is in the spring or fall when it's to cool for just a t-shirt but to warm for a sweater.

I recently bought 2nd hoody because my 1st one is getting worn out. This is my daily hoody, and also is my inner layer when the weather is cooler. There isn't a hoody out there that matches the quality of this one on the market.

I initially encountered these products during operations with special forces about 15 years ago. I have purchased quite a few since then....an excellent "piece of gear." This piece is very durable and the fabric is unusual but highly effective.

I picked up the Adahy Hoody to wear while mountain biking in the winter season (West Coast) for wind and light rain protection. Works great for this activity with a light base layer underneath. Normally I would opt for a size medium in Arcteryx jackets but went with a large for a little more room for layering so for this reason it is a bit loose overall.

This was by far the go to hoody this summer for around camp. Super comfortable and just enough warmth to take the chill off. For the cooler nights it pairs well under the Atom LT jacket. Well crafted and no issues with it after heavy use this past summer. Wife always wanted to wear it so ended up getting the woman's version for her as well.

I liked this Hoody so much I bought a second in a different colour. Can. E worn as a base layer or as a light weight Hoody over a T-shirt or base layer. Super versatile and so comfortable.

Quite possibly the best hiking mid-outer layer made. A hair on the snug side of the Arc Athletic fit but still true to size. *The most stretch and freedom of movement of any piece I own* The zipper stays put but still manageable with one hand, pockets vent heat when opened and are accessible over a hipbelt. This thing breathes wonderfully and does actually break some wind chill even though it is very thin. I have beaten it to death while hiking as an outer with temps above 35F and as a mid when they drop below with no visible wear to the shoulders from my pack straps! practically disappears when stuffed into a pack and the anti-odor pits get my full stamp of approval...Amazing touch. The hood is thin and almost scuba snug but does not hinder movement and the inner micro-fleece is super soft. I purchased a second color after having so much success with the first. One of my most favorite Arc pieces to date!

This is an incredible jacket - it is close fitting, more close than Northface brand in general, and very stretchy and thin. I’ve worn it every day since getting it and am tempted to get every color. The hood is also close fitting -i look like a speed skater when I wear it. I think it will be a good liner jacket in the winter as well as a spring jacket. It isn’t like old school fleece - not staticky or fuzzy. Very refined material.

The Adahy Hoody is a year-round hoodie for me. It's light and it does not take much space in my carry-on bag when I travel. It keeps me warm and it's a great mid-layer worn with either my Arc'teryx Alpha jacket or Atom vest. Thanks to its spandex material, it sticks close the body. I also like to wear it during those cool summer evenings. The only drawback for me, I would have appreciated a pocket inside.

Firstly, the warmth to weight ratio on this one is amazing. Very thin fleece but yet pretty warm. Should be perfect when the temperatur drops during spring/summer and early autumn. (So far, I've only tested it in April). I'm 184cm, 84kg, 106cm around my chest and 91cm around my belly - size M fits me lika a glove. Highly recommended if your looking for a thin fleece with some warmth and high breathability.
