This is an awesome Gortex windproof jacket. Great price for this brand. Unlike some Gortex jackets where the material is stiff and the unlined laminate sticks to your skin, this jacket feels like normal soft fabric and has a thin fleece like lining. The jacket is very lightweight and packable. Soft and comfy. Love it. Jacket has both front zipper and snaps. Color is bright but not hurt your eyes bright. Fit: I normally wear size 6 and M in Northface and Patagonia jackets. Got the medium and it fits well. If you are curvy or want to wear heavier layer, might want to size up. The sleeves are also designed to cover wrist and partially top of hands. If you’re short, sleeves might feel too long. Love it.

I love the fabrics this jacket is made of. The shell and the lining are very soft, and also very quiet. I was looking for a jacket that was not stiff, noisy or sweaty, due to waterproofing. No matter how breathable a waterproof fabric is supposed to be, it still gets all damp inside in a warmer more humid climate. This jacket is water resistant, not waterproof, and it does not retain moisture. It does a great job blocking the wind and is very warm, considering how light it is. The fit is close to the body but it does not bind in any way. Love it.

I love this jacket. It's a little heavier then the super lightweight jackets. It is not crinkly or stiff but actually pretty soft. It's a great option that isn't quite a raincoat and not quite a soft shell. It does have a boxy cut but it is flattering.

I was hesitant to order this as there were no reviews. I'm SO glad I did, as its the perfect amount of weight for a spring/ summer coat. Its super light like the gamma SL, but has the gortex feel. Also not as heavy or crisp as a Beta or Zeta shell, but still blocks the strong Alberta wind! I got my true to size XS that I get in all Arc'teryx apparel. It fits almost identical to the model in the photo, has a cute almost cropped look about it, and nice and dainty for running errands and walking the dog. I would recommend this coat for running errands, walking, travelling and just an everyday coat that has a bit of style and trendy look about it compared to a traditionally shell! There is no hood so I wouldn't recommend it for hiking or anything technical, but I personally didn't buy it for that!

I use this jacket primarily for light hikes, downtown outdoor commute during the fall weather and traveling overseas. It's light, packable and for the most part provides adequate wind protection. The inner layer is lined with a soft material so it's very nice to wear! I wear a S in other jackets but went with a XS for this one. Wish there were brighter colours available though!

Veste parfaite pour la pluie. Trs bien ajuste, lgante dans son genre, grande qualit de fabrication. Capuche bien conue, notamment sous un casque vlo. Seul dfaut, elle est assez peu respirante lors d'efforts intenses : mais on ne peut pas tout avoir, tanchit totale ET aration parfaite. Trs adapte pour la marche en revanche. Au totale, je suis trs satisfaite et je vais m'orienter vers du soft shell pour le vlo les jours secs.
