very unhappy with the new material the "old style"was just perfect BRING IT BACK

Was looking for longer inseam short that would tolerate swimming and an hour later go to dinner without changing. True hybrid. Fits well and looks neat.

Excellent shorts, Kuhl has fixed a number of issues since last version of it. Stylish, comfortable, with excellent range of motion and all pockets you might possibly need. The only issue is that clip button comes undone when doing some extreme moves (I rock climb in those shorts). Wish it was a little stronger.

Super comfy, look amazing, and have modem pockets galore without looking like your going fishing, they are very stylish and functional. Really love these, bought two more in different colors

Love the fit and the material it is made from. Had to get 2more pairs!

Fit and size are perfect. I have purchased many of these over the last few years some with lighter fabric but this new fabric while slightly heavier works great for me hiking and fly fishing.

I have the older version and the newer version. The newer version's material is, in my opinion, much better in that it stretches to accommodate those older guys a little better in the waist. The material is cool, light weight, and doesn't wrinkle. They always look good even just out of the wash. Great for travel in hot climes and more acceptable in countries which consider it rude for a man to show his knees unless at the beach or playing tennis.

These look get, feel very comfortable, and fit great. I just recently got into the Kuhl brand and their stuff is excellent. Definitely recommend these shorts, they seemed kinda too long, but after a wash they shrink a little and are perfect.

My husband is 6'2" 250lbs and LIVES in these. They come slightly past the knee. They are 4 way stretch, don't wrinkle or shrink and look brand new after every wash. Thanks Kuhl????

Great shorts overall. I, too, had the older version of this short that was mostly cotton. I like them for casual wear, but for hiking or backpacking in the backcountry the newer version of these shorts with the nylon fabric are much better. Better comfort, better function.

The last 4 pair of Kuhl Krux shorts I owned were 75% cotton and 25% nylon. These are 95% nylon and 5% elasto-something-or-other. Not very comfortable in my opinion. I will most likely try Arc'teryx or Prana for my next pair of shorts.
