I bought my first pair several years ago in navy.. Absolutely love the fit and look and I wear them all the time. I'm back now to purchase my second pair. This time I'm getting the black. It took tree tries to get my shoes. First time I ordered a sz 8 and was sent a sz 5. Called CS and ordered an 8 1/2. After seeing the sz 5 I figured an 8 would be too narrow. They sent a sz 8. Called CS again and ordered a sz 9. Received them and they fit perfect! CS was extremely helpful and apologetic. Now, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
