Great service

I can slip my foot in easily. I like the fur inside the boot.

Fit is what I would expect in the size I ordered, though maybe a tad snug with athletic crew socks. But I wanted something rugged but stylish and easy to pull on for slushy, wet weather and these are perfect. I will treat them with a water repellent spray as a final touch, though I am not sure that will be necessary. Well constructed, so I think these will last a long time.

These boots are ADORABLE! I'm so glad I took the chance and bought them. Very stylish, and best yet - they keep my feet warm in this frigid winter we've been having in the northeast! I'm a solid 7.5, but these only came in whole sizes. Zappos guided me to purchase .5 size up, and I got the 8's. I must say, they're ever so slightly too big - but still so cute, I'll just be able to wear some nice thick socks with them. Also, I took away one star for comfort because I do feel like they lack arch support. Overall, I'm really pleased with them!

Usually wear a 9 1/2 to 10. Size 9 fit is perfect. These seem to be a little more narrow than the same style without the faux fur. Fit is still fine. Just seems a little less chunky.

I wear 71/2 or 8, 8 fits perfect! The black leather is both stylish and durable. Comfort is exactly why I bought these and they do not disappoint!

I love these Dr. Martens! I wore them for the weekend in Denver, right out of the box! they were warm and comfortable. I will be getting another color for next winter

I wear size 8 in shoes, and that is what I ordered with Dr. Martens Leonore. They feel true to size with regular socks on, if you would like to wear them with thick winter socks, you should order one size up. They look just like in the picture. I hope they will keep me nice and warm in low temperatures of Chicago weather.

Generally, I'm an 8 US and an 8 fit with lightweight wool socks plus my orthotics. Very happy!

I ordered up a size, 9/40. I usually take a 39. These felt like a 39. Very cute. I like the shearling. The whole boot has the shearling lining.

Unbelievably comfortable right out of the box. I compared these with Chelsea boots by Timberland and Sorel and these were by far the victor. Love the style too!

These are the best. I’ve worn them nearly every day during fall/ winter in Minnesota for the past 2 years and can’t recommend enough. Comfortable, true to size, keep your feet dry. Sturdy and gives you traction without being heavy or bulky.

I received these boots the day before a two week trip to Europe -- no time to break them in and they were comfortable from the start! Comfie, durable, waterproof, and cute -- I love them!

These shoes keep my feet very warm. I have been wearing them for about 45-60 minutes at a time and no issues with breaking them in so far.

They run small. I wear 8.5 but bought a 9. Faux fur is warm and leather breaks in quickly. Love them!!!

A few years back, I bought these boots in brown, and this year, I returned for the black ones. They might just be my favorite boots ever. They are warm and comfortable. I live in jeans, and they look so cute with a rolled up cuff and a cozy sweater. It gets cold in the winter where I live, and these keep my tootsies toasty. Note: I still wear my beat up brown ones. They look pretty good as they age.
