Fabric upper is just too loose and foot slides around in the shoe.

Sadly this is not the same quality that Born’s has been known for. These are not real leather and are poor quality. Very disappointed in these.

I was hopeful this sandal would work but they were too loose on my feet. They are comfortable with a cushy footbed, however they do make a “flip flop” noise when walking. I love purchasing from Zappos because they make returns so easy and always with great customer service!

Love the style, fabric upper, and cushioned footbed. Unfortunately these were too wide for my feet and wouldn’t stay in place when walking. Will return.

The shoe bed was the right length, but the straps were so loose they were falling off my feet. Literally. I was walking up some stairs and lost both shoes (and not in a Cinderella way!) I stitched the cross straps together above the knot and that tightened them up a little. They're cute and the arch support is nice. I broke my toe so I'm keeping them because flip flops are all I can wear.

Cute sandal, size was good but the straps had too much give in them which made them too loose since I have a narrow foot.

To big on the top of my foot and too long.

These were super cute and felt great, but didn't fit right. My daughter's feet were just a bit too wide and flowed over the edge. These would be great for someone with a narrower fit. They seemed to run small as well. She is typically an 8-8.5. The 9 was borderline too small in length.

Have another pair that I purchased a year ago that fits perfect. This pair is much narrower and shorter than my original pair. So sad but I had to return them.

I didn't like the look.

This size was barely a 7 but my foot still (barely) fit lengthwise. The sandal felt sloppy - perhaps because of the type of strap. Since I ordered these to help with arthritic feet and ankles, I am returning because it feels like my ankle will turn easily. My biggest problem is osteoarthritis of the toes and ankles - so turning my ankle would understandably be a killer! They are VERY cute sandals and I am sad they will not work for me.

NOT Wide - although the box and shoe were both labeled as a Wide shoe, the sides of my wide feet hung over the edges a couple millimeters. I almost kept them because they fabric pattern is so cute. The white outer edge of the shoe is a more stiff material, and the inner blue material was very cushy. However, since my feet (especially my one bunion) hang over the edge, it was like walking on the edge of a piece of plastic. The blue/white cherry print fabric is so cute, also very soft, also VERY stretchy. For each step I had a couple inches of room that the strap allowed to stretch and then it would boing back into place. So, a lot of slapping sound effects.

I’ve bought several of these flip flops in different colors the past two summers. I needed a new pair in black. I ordered the same size and they seemed loose and off balance (size down is too small). Not sure why that would be, but they’re going back.
