These worked out great for me. I put them in a pair of ballet flats that had no arch support and they are small enough to fit well and give me the arch support I need. Just to note that the ballet flats I put them in were slightly big on me. If they just barely fit me then these probably wouldn't work. I also pulled out the insole and put these in then put the insole over these so they are not noticeable when you take the shoes off. I also did that because these end under your toes and I found it uncomfortable. But with them under the insole they work great.

These inserts are amazing! Every pair of flats I've used them with have been so much more comfortable. I wish I had purchased them sooner!

Finally an arch support that takes up almost no room in my shoes. It doesn't cramp toes or raise my foot up in my shoes. I'll be buying more so I don't have to switch them from pair to pair.

These are the answer for open backed heeled sandals or regular heels that do not have any arch support. The color won't show and I think they are perfect and wish I had had them years ago

Bought these for my favorite flats as I entered my third trimester of pregnancy, and I knew immediately I would definitely want to keep wearing them in all of my less-than-supportive shoes all the time! Gives the right amount of support and cushion in the right spots without taking up too much room and altering the fit of the shoes. So glad they were recommended to me!

I got these inserts to place in my sandals, especially those that might be a little too wide. They are very comfortable. I'm happy to have found inserts that provide arch support and won't be too clunky in strappy shoes.

I think it's a great idea but I don't know what to make of this insole as far as the sizing goes and how it is supposed to fit. The size chart on the box says that the small fits women's sizes 6-9 and men's 5-8, while the medium fits a woman's size 10-13 and men's 8-12. So what is the correct size if you're a women's 9.5? I have no idea but I ordered the medium and felt a little uncomfortable. They look nice though.

I love the idea of these insoles, but the heel part really irritated my foot, no matter how much I adjusted it. It would definitely work for people with less sensitive feet.
