Initially I was very pleased with this shoe for my active 4 year old son. However, the shoe quickly broke down after only couple weeks of daily use. Don't bother getting this shoe if the child is going to wear it for active wear.

I was excited for this shoe. My 3 yr old son has wide feet and we have had a lot of luck with this brand in the past....sad to say I am extreme disappointed in this shoe. He's had them for 3 weeks and they are falling apart. Almost to the point where there are holes in the sole and on the toe. The black toe has completely rubbed off from one shoe. I would not recommend buying this shoe if you want something that will last.

This shoe is light and comfortable for my son. But I'm not happy with quality. My son (5y/o) worn only 1 month, but the front side has already peeled off, and top tap velcro also not sticky any more. I want to return it if possible.

Looked good & fit our sons XW feet. However they have a very small Velcro area & quickly lost its ability to stay secured. Would not stay on his feet so disappointed since there aren't a lot of stylish options in XW width shoes. Maybe another pair of Saucony with a wider/longer Velcro strap would do better. Zappos stood behind their satisfaction guarantee so glad I bought them here! Thank You Zappos!
