I need to return these. Unworn because are not comfortable. The footbed is too deep.

I was so pleased when I first wore them. However, after a few hours of wearing them, they felt so heavy and my feet and legs ached . The back strap did not adhere as well as it should have. Unfortunately I had to return. These are not as good as a similar pair of Ecco sandals that I bought a few years ago.

Lots of people love these. I'm not one of them. I felt like a flat footed clown

Though the sandal was true to size and width and had adequate arch support they just were not cushy enough for my sensitive feet. I have long been a fan of ecco brand ( about 20 years ) , but the last 2 sandals I purchased seem to indicate that they have changed something in the materials or basic design function because they are not nearly as comfortable as the ecco of old. They look great but I don’t think they feel the same as previously purchased ecco sandals.

You need a shoe Phd. to figure out these Ecco Sandals. There are Off Road, Off Road Lite ($100.), Off Road Sport Premium ($150.) and Ecco Sport Off Road ($130.) ....and maybe more. I bought Off Road a few weeks ago and didn't realize there were other choices.....assuming all of these allow for a width adjustment, but have differing arch support. I'll be more careful next time. I'd rather be wearing the Yucatan, the Mother of All Sandals, but as I've aged my foot has become wider. I've had to give up the oh-so-wonderful Yucatan and purchase these sandals of less quality....... the ability to adjust the width keeps me able to buy this Ecco Style. However, you need to be aware that although you can adjust the width the foot bed width doesn't increase with the ability to adjust the width. This makes for an odd fit, which is much less stable than the Yucatan. Seems like a no-brainer that Ecco would produce a quality sandal in a C width so that those of us who have been enjoying them for years could continue to do so.

I got these as a gift from my husband . Just started to wear them. They are not like my other 7 pairs of Ecco sandals. I have been wearing them fir tears but these new one hurt the front of my feet so bad, I can hardly walk. The adjustabke velco tie strap dies nithing . It is just fir shiw . You cannot adjust it, I don’t have the bix fir a return. I assumed I would love them. What do you suggest? They are very expensive. I would appreciate a response to this situation. Thank you Linda.

Okay, now here is the scoop. Earlier this year, I ordered 2 pairs of ECCO xtrinsic sports sandals from Zappos...with the cute straps- fit great,loved them. This shoe is a different story. I then found a good deal on ECCO offroad sandals on Amazon and ordered a pair, size 11. Cute but did not fit. I wore them anyway and the narrow front of the shoe with the confining strap battered my big toe- got red/swollen after 4 to 6 hours of wear. Thinking, well I ordered an 11 so probably needed a 12. Then ordered size 12's from zappos (LOVE Zappos). BUT I compared the distastrous size 11 shoe with the size 12 shoes I ordered (which are clearly labeled size 12 on the shoe) AND THEY ARE IDENTICAL TO THE VERY NARROW FOREFOOT
