The leather upper is cute and good quality, but the texturized rubber heals make them look really frumpy. They are comfortable, but I returned them. It was definitely not as stylish as I would have expected from a brand called L'Artiste.

Sizing is odd on these shoes, the 71/2 to 8 is too big, and the 61/2 to 7 is too small.

Loved the style, but too big. Runs large

Ugh. I'm heartbroken that I have to send these back. They were exactly the cute comfort shoe I was looking for, but they are so tight across the instep it hurt too much to even try them on. I don't get it. I have low arches but wide width shoes never fit right either. Most in European sizes work better. I had such high hopes.

The wrong items was shipped. The item that I received was an unfortunately ugly old-lady shoe and the item that I ordered, is no longer available in the size/color that I wanted.
