I haven't taken these off since I got them. I wanted a pair of weather proof boots for rainy days. I have bunions and some painful pinching in my foot due to bad genetics and age. These are dreamy. I walked in them for two hours today with no noticeable pain. I ordered 1/2 size larger than my normal size and that was perfect, these seem to run small. I also traded out the shoelaces for some black ones to make them less casual (I ordered the brown). People who say the footbed is uncomfortable are probably not used to support shoes or orthodics, if they were uncomfortable I'd be the first to notice (I can't even wear flats). But if you aren't used to shoes with support, I could imagine they would feel strange. I forgot to mention I love the style too. Kind of biker boot but with a softer look. Nothing negative to say about these! I want 10 more pairs.

These boots are super cute and extremely comfortable. I've gotten several compliments on them. The lining helps keep in warmth on those cool winter days and nights. I own other Rieker's and absolutely love their shoes. Would definitely recommend.

Cute boots. I was looking for something a bit taller and warmer for walking around in the winter. I have a narrow foot 9/9.5 and these worked really well in the 9 1/2. The insole that comes with it is too stiff for my taste so I will be using my own that has more arch support and cushion. The laces and zipper make it easy to adjust so I can tuck in my jeans or wear with tights.

The overall construction is rugged and stylish. Even with a few complaints I had to keep them for the looks and positives. They fit well although I sized up a half size from my usual 9 and they are slightly snug in the width but I typically have that issue with shows and these aren't too bad. The foot bed is really hard so I've put inserts in and its helped a bit, but for the price I expected better. The wool is scratchy but long socks do the trick. Best part is they zip up but the lace adjustments allow me to wear skinny Jean's with no problems even though my calves are on the larger side. Having said all that I still just love them!

I wear 8.5 and ordered 39, which fit fine length wise. I've never tried this brand before and have now tried on two different styles of their boots and find them both uncomfortably narrow. The tight spot is just beyond the laces, so I can't adjust it. I'm wearing them around the house for a while and I can feel pins in one of my feet. Sadly, I don't think this is an issue I can break in and work past. I like the quality, the warmth, the tread, but the squeeze isn't something I can tolerate. The other thing I noticed is they shed a bit. It is wool on the inside, but the wool is sewn into a mesh backing. I had imagined it would be sheepskin with the wool attached. I was wrong.

Love Rieker boots and the Santana is no exception! This cute boot is soft, lightweight and lined with new wool that keeps my feet warm on cold snowy days. The sole is also rugged, but not bulky and heavy, good traction in winter weather. The boot has a waterproof liner, but because it laces up, there is a chance some rain or snow might slip in. Color is medium warm brown and goes with everything. I love the workmanship, styles and slim fit of Rieker boots - work well for my narrow foot. Probably would be tight for wide feet, but toe box is roomy and comfy.

I really love these boots, super warm and cozy! I do wish there was more cushion for the bottom of the foot and increased arch support, but that can be easily fixed with an insert. Overall great boot!

Such a cute boot and very warm. Great traction. They were unfortunately a little too narrow so I had to return them. And I don't wear a wide shoe. If they came in a wide width I would have exchanged them.

Sizing seems perfect but other reviews had me thinking I could size up to 8 for my daughter who is a 7 1/2. I'm an 8 1/2 - 9 and I easily fit into them, although snug, so the 8 is not going to work for a slim 7 1/2. Width did not seem narrow to me at all. the overall construction is beautiful and seems comfortable but rigid and hard soled. Would definitely need to add foot bed cushion.

Very cute, but not the most comfortable. The length fit pretty true to size with a little extra room at the toe. However, these feel pretty snug width-wise and I have a fairly narrow foot (and this was with normal thin socks). Not so bad that I won’t keep them though.

These boots would be great for someone with narrow, flat feet. They are lined with wool felt which I think takes up space inside the boots. I'm also not very fond of the loose looking ankles on them. They crease a bit funny when you walk and you can see it in the video. Can't tighten them enough to fix it either.

Awesome boots! So comfortable. This is my second pair of Reiker boots and they're well made, warm, and durable. Love, love, love!

Bought these boots for a river cruise in Europe this next December and wanted time to break them in. So far really comfy and they look great.

I just love these boots!!! Haven't previously owned a pair of Riekers, and took a chance they would be all that! Well, not only are they comfortable, they are easy to zip into, and easy on the eye! Love the red color...Will definitely consider getting another pair! Sarah G - Garland, TX
