they run really, really, really small.

Felt like they were made of plastic. Squeaked when I walked. Pretty, if you're not picky about having leather that gives and breathes.

uncomfortable but pretty

smaller and narrower than you think. The detail on top is cute, but higher on my foot than I expected - making it look more matronly than chic.

They're very pretty but uncomfortable. Too shallow in the toe box, and hard against my toes. I think I need soft leather shoes that can accommodate my feet. These don't work.

Beautiful shoe, but I have to send them back because the heel is too big

I ordered 9WW shoes. The box said they were that size, but the shoes inside were much narrower, one more so than the other. One of them was probably a medium, the second was possibly a wide, or even a narrow. I couldn't find the sizes on the shoes. The 8.5WW size shoes are a little tight, but might be okay.

My feet looked like Minnie Mouse's feet. They do not fit true to size. I wear a solid 9 wide. I ordered both 9 wide and 9.5 wide, and they are not even close to fitting. Too bad, pretty cute shoes, returned.

I did not read the product information thoroughly and although these shoes look pretty on, they are not leather and are very stiff on my feet. And they squeaked when I walk, very plastic looking and feeling. The heel height is perfect as I have had an ankle injury and need something with a low heel. But I sent them back. I am usually a 9.5, ordered that and the 10. Lengthwise, the 10 fit better. Wish they were softer.

I ordered a wide and I really feel like these shoes were actually a narrow width. Not even the regular width. Definitely not wide. I wonder if it was mislabeled. Terribly narrow. Beautiful shoe, though! Also- Zappos used to deliver their orders overnight- fabulous idea- it took 4 days to get these shoes. I ordered them Thursday afternoon and received them Monday afternoon. That’s a bummer- because I know it can be done- before Amazon bought Zappos- they had amazing overnight delivery and customer service. Now, just like everybody else. Will be returning them.

Did not like this shoe at all. First, it was very tight. Ordered a wide width, and that was ok, but it really pinched in the toes. Has little sparkles on it, which I didn't notice in the picture. And it looks dowdy. Going back.

I was purchasing these beautiful shoes for a wedding and when I received them they were way to small. I purchased a 10 wide to give me extra room for walking and dancing and they were still really narrow and short.

"Dazzling glitter fabric uppers"? No. Uppers made of synthetic material - look, feel (& smell!) cheap, at that. "Sweetheart vamp detail"? Yes. Very pretty. "Soft fabric lining offers a great next-to-skin feel"? NO. Interior also made of cheap, synthetic plastic material. Smells like synthetic, is synthetic & marked, "Made in China." At the price of a good leather shoe, I do NOT recommend this product!

I normally wear a W but wanted to get the WW because they looked small. They arrived and were super cute perfect to add to my office work shoe collection. Unfortunately I couldn’t even put them on because they were way too small. Too bad.

Insanely too small. I am an 8.5 wide, typically. This size was super small! Couldn't even get my foot into it! Beautiful color and style. Very disappointed!

The shoes are really attractive, however I wear a 9WW which I've ordered from Zappos shoes before and they fit fine. These shoes did not fit. They definitely were not wide and my toes were scrunched. The sizing was all wrong.

These run small. I ordered a wide and it felt like a regular width shoe. It was also about half a size too short. But, they are beautiful shoes. Don't be misled by the color name... the pattern is subtle and doesn't scream gray.

This shoe is lovely but the size is too tight and stiff. I wish I could enjoy it....

I wear an extra wide size and I bought the extra wide size. When I tried on the shoe it felt like a narrow fit. I returned these immediately, they aren't true to size.
