The size 12 Medium runs true to size for me. But, I it's not easy getting my foot into the shoe. I find the leather to be stiff and the shoe is rubbing against my heel. I can only hope that the shoe will soften up with use and become more comfortable over time.

Did not even need to try on. Shoe was a good inch and a half longer than a size 6.5 men’s. Assume it was miss-labeled.
