Had problems with them, hurt my toes on both feet, and that my good foot. I would not recommend them to anyone, I return them for a full refund and got another brand.

I think there very uncomfortable The are very stiff. I have other new balance which are very comfortable. I wore them to work my feet were hurting I could not wait til I got into my work boots that's how bad my feet hurt from these shoes

I use them as every day walkers and the black doesn't seem to hold up very well . I am pretty disapointed with this purchase to be honest

Walking, Xcross training. I have bought this model for over 10 years. This time was the 1st time I returned because within 1 month of use the lower right side thinned out, leading to me getting blisters.

These shoes were very disappointing. My regular size, with ordinary socks were too narrow, and short. The overall quality was more like that of bargain shoes, but at high price. What's going on, NB?

I don't like the support. not a lot to choose from when your width is B. you need to offer a better variety of colors for B width shoes.

I use the shoe for long walks and found them to be mediocre at best. The shoe is uncomfortable and is not conducive for the comfort of the foot.

Planned to use it as a cross trainer. But, it's not nearly as comfortable as it's all leather predecessor. Would not have bought it if I had known.

Good shoes, good shopping experience, good delivery, good deal - use them for walking, exercising, and casual wear. And thank you for the discount. That helps a lot!

I have previously purchased the New Balance 857 (white) from a store. This is the first time I purchased a black pair on line. While the back heal usually wears down over the course of several months, the rubber on the back heal of this pair is actually flaking off in small strips in less than a month. I have never had this problem before. I hope this is just a bad batch as opposed to an overall reduction in quality.

I purchased this shoe to replace my New Balance 1300. It feels comfortable like a casual shoe. For walking it does not give good support. I waisted my money.

My shoes were to small and too tight on the exchange. I ordered my size that I usually wear in a D width the shoe runs small.

The shoe feels very hard and uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The shoe seems to make my foot turn in. Not sure if keeping or returning them

I received a number of emails from Balance for a 20% off deal. I have been buying New Balance shoes for at least 10 years after my doctor recommended them to help with my planters fasciitis. I have always bought the top of the line trainers. I first stopped at a store to check the size and style options then went home and attempted to purchase but the discount would not apply. After a number of attempts I called and was told the offer did not apply to my selection. They said there was a notice of this on the web page. I was on the page as we talked and I could not find it finally with some guidance from the person on the phone I found the small type at the bottom of the page the text was grey on a white background. I could not find any disclaimers in the ad. I did get the 20% off as I was just going to start getting shoes somewhere else and still might. The styles have changed and not for the better. Very disapointed in New Balance!

Not as good as the previous version, which lasted me about 2 years. This version, of which I've bought 2 pair, don't even last a year. I'm a big guy, 6'2, 290#, and the Rollbar feature literally FALLS APART after a few months....AND the bottoms have to be re-glued because they peel away from the shoe itself. Save your money. They never go on sale, either.

I bought 3 pairs o Lt to find out they loose support & motion control very quickly! They didn't last any longer then standard shoes or Nike's brand. Not worth $100++

I have swollen feet and while the picture look like it would accommodate, it didn't.

They reduced the amount of lacing holes from 6 to 5. That caused the shoe not to be as secure. After wearing them one time the top lace almost pulled out of the top hole. The shoes feel loose all the time. You cant depend on them.

New Balance shoes 857 I rarely use these shoes or any other shoes because I am handicapped and having difficulty walking, I bought these pair of shoes early this year 2022 maybe in March but not quite sure as I have dumped the receipt, I thought I am not going to need it for the much I have trusted this brand name but unfortunately two months ago I found that the heel of one of the shoes is cracked but because I didn't have the receipt and because I have paid in cash I wasn't able to return them or make a complaint, but tonight the upper leather peeled off at a spot where I tried to wipe out a drop of juice with a wet rag and toothbrush off my shoe and peeling off can go on, this is very disappointing, I was happy with your product for the past 12 years but not this time and now I am paying for the trust I put in your name.

I bought a pair of 854 on April 17 and worn about 20 times. I when I used them daily for about a week . The right heal collapsed interior bunched up. This felt like some thing was in my shoe. Wow ! One hundred thirty one dollars foe a defective shoe.

The back of one shoe was defective & shouldn't ever have been shipped. Very poor quality control.

I still slip at work with the 857. On water cooking oil and on food

we need the supportive shoes back. less collabs!!!
