I bought these to wear in Dance Fitness classes, and they are perfect for that activity. They are supportive during lateral movements and pivoting.

love love love this shoe! I am either a 9.5 or 10 in nike trainer shoes and the 9.5 fit well. I also have a fairly narrow foot and loved the fit of this shoe. cant wait to wear to my insanity class!

I've been on the hunt for the perfect cross-training shoe for high-intensity circuit training, as well as a shoe that could withstand light running/sprints in the workouts as well. These Nikes just arrived and I absolutely love them! The bootie shape and Velcro strap across he top of the foot increases ankle stability without restricting my foot. The heel of the shoe also stays on because it's higher up my achilles, which is great. The shoe feels very durable but flexible enough for lots of movement. I couldn't be happier and am excited to test these out! *For sizing reference, I usually wear a 10/10.5 street shoe and 11 in Nikes, but I ordered a 10.5 in these and they fit great.

Great all around gym shoe. I train 6 days a week and have been looking for the perfect gym shoe. It's stylish and give great support in combat classes.

Love how snug they are but it's not overwhelmingly snug. I ordered half a size up and they were too big so my normal everyday size was perfect.

I wear nothing but Nike shoes and ordered these in my standard size 8. They are snug! When I first tried them on they literally hurt my feet until I loosened up the ankle band and even then they were snug. So, if you're a half size girl, order up! Otherwise, perfect support and super stylish.

These shoes are excellent! I bought them because I have ankle and foot issues, but want to start a workout routine. They are one of few shoes I've worn that are incredibly comfortable and supportive. I can jog and work out without any pain or discomfort. They actually look cooler on, than in the photo. Highly recommend!

These shoes are great for HITT classes. A little snug at first but they stretch out. Super comfy and perfect for workouts

I was nervous about choosing a size because I've never worn Nike's before, but going up a half size was the perfect fit. These shoes are so wonderful! They are perfect for training because of their flat bottom, supporting your squats and lifts. They're super stylish and comfortable. The ONLY negative thing about them is that your feet get super hot super fast. I am not sure if that is the material or what. That being said, that isn't a big enough reason for me to buy a second pair!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

It's been YEARS since I've felt this excited about a shoe! I teach high impact fitness dance classes every day so have a unique need for a supportive yet flexible shoe that allows for turning and quick side to side moves. This shoe is perfect and looks really cool. Love the seamless design with no tongue to move around and cause blisters. The extra strap on the top helps my foot feel secure and snug without being too tight.

Great training sneaker. Runs a little larger than my other Nike sneakers. Can't figure out if I like wearing them with or without socks. The pink is BEAUTIFUL.

Really cute style but hard to get on and off. I sized up and it was too big. I'm normally a 9 in Nike and a 9.5 was too big , the shoe felt too clunky.

The shoe is definitely a bootie, feels like pushing your foot into a neoprene water shoe. The velcro strap that goes over the top of the foot ends up going over where you would bow tie the lace and creates a slight pressure point from the knot. Based on the description of these by Nike, I purchased for cross training and light lifting, however there is too much heel to do either of these activities- it lifts your heel too high off the ground. The 'cushioning' while thick was very uncomfortable, the toe area does not flex with your foot.

These shoes were much larger than my actual shoe size- 2 sizes larger.
