I've worn the Ariel for years but the colors and styles have become downright ugly. I decided to try the Adrenalin and am extremely happy. I wear orthotics so need a double wide. I wear exactly the same size in both shoes, which is 1/2 size up from a dress shoe. The toe box is very roomy and there is plenty of depth for an orthotic. Only one color (silver/purple cactus flower) comes in WW and it looks great. I am converted to Adrenalin now. I have many foot problems and this makes my feet feel like floating on a cloud but with great stability.

Disappointed that this is the sneaker that continues to be my "best match". I feel like I am running on flat tar! Hard sole and not much support. I am going to try them for another week but if they continue to make my feet and ankle hurt I am going to have to return them.

I've worn Asics Gel Kayanos for years but have been disappointed in the color selection the last few years. After reading a blog comparing the Asics to other shoes, I decided to give these a try. I am very happy with these! They fit perfectly and were comfortable on the first wear. I use these shoes for cross training at the gym, walking outside/on the treadmill. I haven't tried doing a run in them yet but know they'll be just fine.

Incredibly shrinking shoes. The sizes keep getting smaller and the toe box is flattening. I have several pairs of these shoes and I have had to send back my regular size (I wear a 71/2 shoe) but a 91/2 in Brooks and now moving up to a 10. Buy larger run extremely short.

These are very comfortable. Just as good as the last model. Hope they wear better. My sole started coming off in chunks on my last pair.

I love these shoes! I have wide, feet with high arches. I am prone to plantar fasciitis. I have one pair just for running, and another one for work/strength training. This is my 5th pair of Brooks GTS.

I love these! They are so cushy and comfortable and feel so good to my achy feet. As always, Zappos has wonderful service.

I listened to previous reviews and ordered a half size larger and they fit perfectly. The D width was true to fit. This is a much different shoe than the Asics Gel Nimbus 18, which l also just purchased. The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 17 is a somewhat rigid and unforgiving shoe, more firm and not much, if any cushion, or arch support. But for some reason, l kind of like them. I only use them for running errands and short term wear. If I'm going to be on my feet all day working, l wear the Asics - the cushion and support is EXCELLENT. Like walking on a cloud! I can't imagine anyone running in the Brooks, because of the lack of cushion, but some may prefer them. I LOVE the purple, teal & silver color combo, it's really vivid in person. When it comes down to it l can't really recommend these shoes, because I've been spoiled by the gel nimbus. My flat, wide, tired feet deserve to walk on clouds, and no matter what kind of feet you have, they deserve to walk on clouds, too! Check out the Asics Gel Nimbus 18 if your looking for cushion, comfort and support, but be sure to order a half size larger, because they run small.

Great shoe. Good arch support. Take out running as soon as you get them. No breaking in. Third pair of adrenaline I have ordered. Love them.

Great support on Brooks Adrenaline GTS 17. Wide width fits perfectly. Great colors with purple and red accents on dark gray upper.

Love these. Had Adrenaline many, many models ago and these live up to my memories. Switched back to Brooks after Saucony trashed the Hurricane line that I used to love for my substantial overpronation. These feel very secure and comfortable. The NY limited edition is stylish and functional, more of a solid, breathable fabric in light grey with the black newspaper print (picture looks brighter, but I'm happy with the true color).

Oh thank god, I love these! Been a Brooks Adrenaline wearer for over 5 years. I hated the 16 version and was worried I'd have to find a new brand of sneakers for my problem feet, but the 17 version is perfect!!

Love these shoes! My feet are very sensitive and I suffer from plantar fasciitis. After trying 6 other pairs I choose theses for the support and comfort. Like the other reviewers I did have to order up a half size! Will purchase again!

Way too small! Order a full size up. Photo doesn't convey the "shininess" of the details. Very reflective trim, which I did not like. Photo also makes the "Night Sky" color more attractive than it is. Actual shoes looked like a dark grey. Very disappointed. Immediate return.

I have used Brooks Adrenaline for over 10 years now. This is the ultimate running shoe! I am usually a size 7 but wear a 7 1/2 in this shoe so there's a bit more toe room when I run. I always look forward to getting my new sneaker because it's like running on air!! Great support, awesome shoe for those who pronate. I also need to put a shout out to Zappos. I LOVE ZAPPOS!! Unbelievable service and great selection! This is where I always buy my shoes if I'm buying online.

I'm so in love with these shoes. The picture doesn't do them justice. They fit perfectly.

I only wear this Brooks shoe for all my gym/running activities. It is worth every penny. It runs a half a size small. I'm a true size 7 and I wear a 7.5 always in this shoe. So size up a half a size. The shoe fits perfectly when sizing up. Your foot expands when you work out, so you will need the room. I got the all pink shoe this time. I love the color!!

I finally broke down and ordered this in a wide. I will never go back to a normal size again. I bartend so I'm on my feet for 12+ hours at a time. This is the first shoe that I've ever work that I can truly say we're comfortable for my entire shift. I also have a bunion on one of my feet which is why I went with a wide this time. No regrets! I did not feel that I needed to order a size up. I ordered the size I normally am and it was true to fit. The only thing with the wide size is, I wish it came in more of the color so I have more options to choose from. LOVE Brooks and LOVE Zappos!

This is my second pair of Brooks. My first came after my third incident with plantar fasciitis. It has been a year that I have been dealing with this and I HATE orthotics. I find that if I tape my foot I can go all day in this shoe. I just wish it were a tad narrower. The colors were okay, I wasn't as jazzed up about those as I wanted the comfort I felt when I put on my first pair of Brooks. I am in AZ for part of the year and when I golf I usually walk so I skip the golf shoes and just wear the Brooks. Great shoe!!!

FINALLY the Brooks Adrenalin that I know and love is back! I have worn Brooks Adrenalin for years. However, they changed the fit of the 15 & 16 versions and I couldn't wear them. Very small toe box and the arch was positioned closer to the heal. They had many customer complaints about this and I am glad Brooks listened. The toe box is more roomy, the arch is supportive without being hard, and the moderate pronation control is perfect. I have happy feet once again!

Finally its back!I loved the GTS 14's but had horrible luck with the 15 and 16's.My only wish is that they would make wides in more color variations.

Great fit and great style. I'm flat-footed so these were basically the perfect shoe for me. I always wore a 9 in Nike and the 9 in Brooks was spot-on.

Brooks has gone back to the great fit that they used to have. I love these shoes. They are comfortable right out of the box. My dress shoe size is a 9 1/2. A size 10 1/2 is perfect in these shoes. Thank you Brooks for fixing the fit of my favorite shoe. Thank you Zappos for being a great company.

One of my favorite pairs to date. Really helps with my pronation.
