Did not try on. These shoes were knockoffs. Is Zappos a marketplace now with commingled products with Amazon sellers? This has never happened before in all my years of shopping on Zappos. Finn Comfort doesn't even have shoes that look like this. They did not have the Finn Comfort emblem and are not even leather. They put a Finn insert in the shoe. I've had this exact shoe before so I know how they look and feel.

My comment about this shoe is the same as all other five star reviews already written and submitted on Zappos W/Site. Ordered my first pair Apr 2015... By mid June 2014 I had four more in various colors. First sandal I have been able to spend the day in nearly ten years due to common problems like arches breaking down, nerve damage, etc. I would be willing to pay twice the price for #1: support and endless comfort and 2: the satisfaction of looking stylish for a change. At least once every couple of days I get compliments on these great looking sandals!

These shoes are the best! I have ordered and returned probably 20-30 pairs of shoes in the past year but no more... now I know what brand to stick with. Knee, back and neuropathy pain are now very minimal with Finn Comfort shoes. I highly recommend! Thanks Zappos for your free shipping both ways! Perfect right out of the box! I wear a 9 1/2 M the size 40 was a good choice. Very stable sandals with arch support.

Best shoes ever, I have worn these shoes for 10 years. They are great for arch problems and plantar fasciitis. I wear Finn Comfort shoes all year long.

I have had this style/size previously and needed another pair. Great support! I have numerous issues with my feet and need to wear something on my feet all the time. I use these mainly around the house.... slipping them on right as I get out of bed in the morning.

Super shoe...my feet are painful and it is difficult to find shoes that give me comfort and make walking easy. This style is outstanding and gives excellent support. It is a work of art. I am grateful!

I have four pairs of Finn Comfort Shoes, and absolutely love the support and comfort. I wear a D/EE width and this shoe is wide enough for me. The shoes are pricey but well worth the money. They are also stylish, and I get many compliments.

These look great and feel wonderful! I have large, flat feet with bunions and shoes/sandals are hard to find. I was able to purchase a European 43, and the arch support allows me to teach in these all day long! I debated because they are expensive, but very well worth it. Zappos is great about quick shipping and super easy returns!

I owned a pair of the Finn Comfort Jamaica style shoe and decided to go with it again because of the superior arch support. I love these but I didn't realize that they came in different footbed firmness. This order was the soft footbed but I believe my prior pair were the firm footbed and I think they were a little bit better support. I highly recommend these shoes for pronators! Wonderful shoe!

Finn Comfort Jamaica - This is the most wonderful shoe I have ever worn! Even though you might hesitate to spend so much money on a pair of shoes, if you have problem feet as I do they are worth every single penny. I have had seven surgical procedures on my feet, and there are no shoes other than these that I can wear without feeling any pain. When I wear these I am able to walk forever and not even think about my feet. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 shoe, but these fit me best in size 36 which is supposed to be 5.5 in U.S. size. The arch support is excellent, better than any I have ever encountered. I now have four pairs, and I probably will buy more. I cannot say enough good things about them!!!

I purchased the Finn Comfort Jamaica; it was the first time I've tried this brand. I have high arches and found the insole comfortable and the arch support good, but they were too wide, even when adjusted, and didn't hold my foot securely. Plus the color was drab and they were uglier than pictured, though I'd have kept them if they fit.

Fit was good it’s when I walked outside they hurt my feet..tried again after a few days,same thing pinched my feet! I thought these were comfort sandals! Not comfortable!

I am an old lady who likes good looking shoes. I am a bit unsteady on my feet and these sandals support very well without looking like medical shoes. They are built to last also. ?

These are the only shoes that have ever really fit and been comfortable. I started wearing Finns 15 years ago when my feet were hurting from work and working out. They are expensive but worth every penny!

This is the best shoe for me! They are very comfortable to walk in but exceeded my expectations for comfort while standing for long periods. I stand all day for my job and the fact that these have great arch support and are slip on shoes is a plus, too, in the event I have to demonstrate an exercise to my clients. I will be ordering another pair for sure!

I love these and have them in several colors. Just noting that the Brandy appears red in the photo and is actually brown, a sort of cognac. I mistakenly ordered them thinking it was a new color and discovered I already owned that shade.

These sandals are supremely comfortable right out of the box. The support they provide is very helpful for the pain I have in the ball of my foot. The adjustable straps are soft and offer security so that I don't step out of the sandal when walking. In my opinion, they are more attractive and much more comfortable than the Birkenstock Arizona. Yes, Finn Comfort is expensive, but for me, they are well worth the comfort and support they provide.

You need to check these out! I have really problem feet and although these didn't work for me because of severe bunions that I can't get fixed yet, these are so much cuter in person than on the screen. They felt awesome, but the straps hit my bunion wrong so I knew these would not be good for me.

I absolutely love these shoes! My husband and I own a convenience store, so I stand on my feet at work for more than 10 hours a day. I had major cramps in my feet before wearing these shoes, I have noticed that my lower back pain is gone as well. The cost for these shoes is well worth the money. They are very well made and fit like a glove. I will be purchasing more Finn comfort shoes in the future. I love that I can order new foot beds, these shoes will last for years.

These are the best in comfort sandals. I have many foot problems; my orthotics can be substituted for the footbed w/o any problem. Adjustable straps make it easy to fit crazy feet like mine. They are expensive, but well worth it.

Finn Comfort Slides are the only shoes I can wear without an orthotic. They have a great foot bed that not only supports the arch but also the toes. I am wide at the ball of the foot with a narrow heel. I always buy the slides and I now have seven pairs. I love this shoe!

Super Comfortable Sandal - Best I have ever worn. Used to wear Birkenstocks all the time but I have converted.

Finn Comfort works for me - I purchased a similar pair of Finn Comfort shoes in Canada a few years ago, so I knew what I was ordering. The Jamaica's adjustable straps are great -- adjust them according to the thickness of socks or to bare feet. They are German-made, which means well-made, yet they are stylish. I receive frequent compliments when I wear my Finn Comforts. I was able to insert an orthotic under the insole, but because the back of the shoe is open, the back edge of the orthotic is visible.

A shoe I can wear - These sandals are wonderful, I wear orthotics with substantial shoes but I can wear these. I feel like I am like everyone else with cute shoes on my feet. They are worth every penny.
