At first these feel like they have a comfortable secure fit. So after buying two pair, I was wearing one of them the following day and almost broke my back as the Velcro completely came undone. The Velcro isn't strong enough to hold the straps together. I find them to be somewhat dangerous.

The leather on these sandals was so stiff it felt like it would cut into my feet instantaneously. Definitely returning!

The fabric looked and felt inexpensive. Just not a good looking shoe.

Small and uncomfortable

I was excited to get these, but as soon as I took them out of the box, I could see that the footbed/insole was actually concave and curved up at the edges, and what I'd assumed was arch support (by watching the video and looking at the photos) was actually just an upward curve of the medial border. I have a high instep so even with wear (they supposedly give over time), I was not going to get the support I need. These sandals are also pretty narrow. My foot is an average width and it just fit on the shoe; meaning part of my foot was on the edges which curved up all around. The straps do not work well at all. The velcro tabs which hold the straps together are only about 1 1/2" square and the straps were too loose for me. So, when I tightened the straps to the proper length, the velcro wasn't fully aligned, meaning there was only about half the available velcro holding it together. Also, when I tightened the straps, the angles of the straps became off so instead of being in a straight line, they started to cross.

Of all the shoes i tried (and I tried a lot of different brands before deciding on this one), this cute shoe seemed the most comfortable, but it turned out to be the most uncomfortable shoe I have had in my life. It seems the "cork like" inside sole material makes the foot slip somehow, and because it has an arch/shape, my foot was always slipping to the side where the shape is going down/to the side. And the sole of my feet felt like burning. I have walked a lot expecting my foot getting used to this shoe, and this problem never improved. I could hardly walk at the end of every attempt, and i went for long walks just to try to mold the shoe somehow. I had to take them off because of the burning sensation, plus i had to keep moving my feet around the shoes because it felt the feet were falling out of the shoes. I weigh 158 pound and I am 5'6", and I don't have much arch on my foot. I give you my details because it seems to me, unless you are very light and your foot molds well to this shoe, it is impossible to wear. Also, I am afraid now of trying shoes with that kind of "cork" insole. Never had that burning sensation from a shoe.
