OUCH!! While the heel height was great and the heel provides sturdy support, these shoes, cute as they are, cut right across the tops of the toes. After two hours of wear, I had blisters on the sides of both big toes, and skin rubbed off across tops of my remaining toes. Unfortunately I didn't bring a backup pair of shoes to the office! I recommend against these for anyone looking for a comfortable shoe out of the box.

Cute shoe. However the toe box was too narrow, so had to return.

Also wanted to add what others have already written. Beautiful shoe, well constructed, and surprisingly comfortable (surprising because I don't find heels to be comfortable as I have terrible feet). I also tried the L.K. Bennett Sersha which wasn't as comfortable, had a harder footbed and made loud noises as I walked. So those are going back. These get to stay.

These shoes are so lovely, the heel is high enough for dresses and skirts that don't look right with flats, but low enough not to cause pain - and the shape allows plenty of room for the toes to be comfortable and not get rubbed to bits like I often experience in pointy styles. I got the burgundy to replace a pair of fuchsia suede pumps that had about a 4 inch stiletto.. which I loved in my 20s but in my mid 30s I am done with shoes I can't actually get around in!

Excellent quality, great fit. I have such a difficult time finding shoes that are comfortable and stylish with my myriad of foot issues. I wore these for 2 days out of the box at a wedding and I had no back problems, no issues with my wide foot and bunion. I"m thrilled with these shoes and would highly recommend if you have similar foot issues. I don't have a lot of shoes, so I'm willing to pay top dollar for something that is comfortable and stylish.

I love these shoes. I wear an 8 in most shoes (Vans, Stuart Weitzman, etc.) and am an 8 in this. (I also ordered the 8.5 to compare, and the 8.5 was way too big.) As other reviewes have noted, the toe area is a bit tight at first. Wearing tights and just plain wearing them does help over time. The lower heel height and construction (cushioning?) make these really comfortable. I have another pair of similar 2 1/4 inch-heeled shoes from another brand, and the FSNY are much more comfortable.

I ordered these in my usual size 9 and they fit. The next day I tried them on one more time to make sure they were a good fit and they actually felt like they would cut into my toe if I wore them for too long. So, I sent them back and ordered a half size bigger. Unfortunately the black suede was sold out and so I went for the blue suede and they are gorgeous and fit amazingly. When in doubt, that half size up makes a big difference. Love these shoes!

Wow, I was not expecting to fall in love with these shoes. The mustard was on super sale, so I got an 8.5 when I wear between a 8.5/9. They're so comfortable, it doesn't feel like a heel at all. The round toe is so cute. I have a really big foot for being short, and pointy shoes can make that even more apparent, so I was really excited to see how small these shoes make my feet look. Definitely going to get another pair in black or nude for work.

Beautiful and comfortable shoe. I have worn them twice and both times strangers have stopped me to compliment me on them. The chunky heel makes for a comfortable shoe and can stay in them longer than a traditional pump heel. Highly recommend.

10W too wide. B’s are often too tight.

I have been looking for the "right" shade of gray shoe and this is it. It checks all the boxes for me in terms of perfect heel height, sleek design and comfort. Except that the right shoe (and only the right) cut across the top of my foot and would have resulted in torn skin if I had done a lot of walking that day at work. I will give these another try to see if the one shoe stretches out or not; a preventive bandage on top of the right foot would somewhat detract from the style points.

Fit felt good and the shoe seems comfy. The cognac color isn't the rich, warm brown I thought it was - it's duller.

Had high hopes for this shoe in the cognac color but when it arrived it lacked the richness of color you see in the photo. It almost looks like the leather is painted. The footbed was soft/comfortable but these honestly look like they’re made by easy spirit or some other “comfort shoe” brand for old ladies. Not cute at all, sending them back

These are some of the most uncomfortable shoes ever. There is no cushion at all. My feet were crying and I didn’t walk far, just standing. Expensive shoes that look great on but are totally uncomfortable.

Perfect fit, comfortable out of the box.

Comfortable and stable heel. I usually wear a 9.0 or 9.5 - needed a 10.0 in these shoes. My usual size was too tight across the ball of my foot but length felt good. I was glad the 10.0 fit well.

Super cute and stylish shoe, looks expensive, but runs 1/2 size too small

Normally I wear a 6.5 but sized up to a 7 in this shoe and my feet are so happy about it. I bought the patent leather and they are perfect to wear for work. The heel is a good height and doesn't tire out my feet by the end of the day. I like this style so much I am considering purchasing another pair in a different color.

Perfect in every way. Elegant, chic, understated, classy lightweight no need to break them in. Just perfect!
