The pair I got was clearly a returned item by someone else - creases of use showing. Laces were torn.

Poor quality, plastic feeling, looks cheap

Too long, too tight. I am a EU size 42 in every shoe for the last 30 years. These fit completely wrong, much too narrow and long.

I bought a pair earlier this year. The first time I wear them to work they squeaked as the day went on they became louder. Disappointed with this purchase.

The quality was terrible. The shoe sole glue appeared uneven. Company may have delivered quality footwear but not anymore. You are paying for the brand and nothing more. I should have stayed with Kenneth Cole.

I bought a tan version of these sneakers, a color that seems to have been discontinued, but can confirm it's the exact same build as these other colors. I've been wearing these for 5 months now and they've evolved quite a bit. The squeaking issue that the other reviewer mentioned began during month one and progressed to a comically loud squeak over time, almost like clown shoes. It eventually faded away but i lived with the squeak for at least a month. The shoes are very light, I'll give it that. But they are NOT comfortable. They are a bit oddly shaped, so the hit the outer edges of my feet, around the pinky toes. I traveled with these shoes quite a bit and they are NOT meant for long walks. The foam bottom seems comfortable at first, but you can feel everything on the floor. If you walk along a gravel road, you can feel each pebble jab into your foot. And I have a lightly sprained ankle, and cushioning on the soles did nothing to help. Also, if you are not a fan of creasing, these are not the sneakers for you. I expect creasing on sneakers, but these crease in a very unflattering way. I could only recommend these sneakers if you expect to walk on flat surfaces for short periods of time. They fit true to size though!

The shoes sqeak as you walk, I need to replaced them for another type of shoes.

I have worn these shoes 3 times and they are already squeaky and one of them has developed a crease by the bottom of the laces that digs into my foot when I walk

Shoe isn't what I expect from cole haan. Quality is suspect

I bought a par of sneaker. They told me that it was real leather but it was not. The sales representatives are training to lie

Shoes are incredibly uncomfortable. Also very squeaky.

Metal shard in shoe and bad fit

This purchase was wasted money.

Seems like Cole Haan quality is declining substantially. Back heel tour after a month of light use. Also once the tennis shoes had better support and cushion these seem like have little support or cushion.

Unexpected low quality for Cole Hahn.

Nice shoe but this model is cut small. I exchanged for a full size larger.
