I have many foot problems and I have had several toe surgeries. I am older and usually wear New Balance tennis shoes, with my orthotics in them, as suggested by several of my foot doctors and surgeons. Tired of wearing tennis shoes to weddings and funerals, I thought I would try this shoe, The Drew Genoa, for these special occasions. I can honestly say that they have gotten me through funerals and weddings in comfort. I wear a 9 WW in my New Balance and purchased the Geonoa in an 8 1/2 W and they fit perfectly. Hope this helps, someone.

Like this shoe a lot. Comes with an extra liner in the bottom for an adjustable fit. Leave it in or take it out for more room. Works great with custom orthotics. Very stylish for an orthopedic shoe. But, if you have a narrow heel and wide forefoot you may have a problem with the taper toe shape. I measure a 6.5 wide but the 7.5 med works well. The heel doesn't slip but there's plenty of room for my toes. But, the Drew Rose is more comfortable long term for me.

A scooosh longer and tighter with the orthotics in. Surprisingly super cute with very nice leather (combo of patterned & patent leather) an 11.5WW would have been perfect (vs. 12WW)! The 12 had just a bit too much gap in a closed heel shoe. Customer Service was wonderful (as always) ! Thanks Zappos!

I have a hard time finding shoes I like in 11.5 narrow, but decided to give these a whirl after seeing the good reviews. I need decent support since I am on my feet a lot walking on campus and teaching. These seem to fit the bill. I wasn't so sure about their style when I ordered, but I liked them when I saw them in person. I've only worn them to work once so far, but they are not rubbing on my toes, look dressy enough for teaching and have a really good sole that can stand up to a lot of walking.

The shoes are nicer looking than the picture shows! I get lots of compliments on them and they actually fit my wide foot! So happy with these shoes and Drew is expensive, but so worth the price. I have trouble walking and I feel secure in these.

I really liked the look of this shoe but unfortunately it was too tight and a little small.

This shoe was exactly what I needed. Smart enough looking to wear for business under tailored slacks. It was comfortable and allowed me to stand and present without my feet hurting! Eve though I ordered a wide, I would have liked just a little more give around the large toe joint- I have had bunion surgery and hallux limitus. This is the most relief I’ve had in a shoe so far.

This is a great dressy shoe designed to accommodate custom orthotics. True fit for sure as long as you do a ball of foot fit and not toe length fit. However, if you need a shoe with a deeper toe box and a little more structure and control you may want to try the Drew Rose. Both are great shoes, expecially forthe money.

Wow! I finally found a good looking dressier shoe that's completely comfortable. And it has a metatarsal pad! This shoe is cushy, does not make my 11D feet look like boats, is great to walk in and appears to have all the support I need. I'll see about that over time and can use an insert if it seems to need one after wearing it some. I almost gave it four stars because it basically doesn't have a heel and the sole is not dressy looking. I almost didn't try it on because another pair of Drew I got in the same shipment were the most clunky shoes I've ever tried on. These are just the opposite, so with the comfort, deserve five stars.

This was a little short for me. The 10.5 would have been better, despite the zappos recommended sizing. Otherwise, comfortable and attractive.

Bought these for my 88 year old mom, she loved the style, the look and how easy to put on. The back of the shoe comes up too high to feel comfortable. It cuts into the ankle and back of the heel. Good quality/ had to return.

Nice shoe but as I had bunion surgery recently, this shoe hit me on a very tender spot. Sadly, will send back. Hopefully will try them again when my foot completely heals.

Very comfortable. I’ll be able to do a lot of walking in these, while not sacrificing style. Orthotics pushed foot up a bit, making it feel smaller, but it’s still very comfortable.

I bought these shoes because I have a severe hammertoe that also overlaps the big toe. I needed a wide shoe with a really deep toe box, so that my toes could spread out as well as not rub against the top of the shoe. Drew shoes usually meet those needs. The wide in my size was way too wide and the medium was a little narrow. I had to remove one of the inserts to accommodate my toe issue. Unfortunately, by the end of the event evening of mostly sitting, my feet had swelled and my toe was rubbing.

These shoes were cute, and the strap is great--adjustable with a velcro closure, and really helps stabilize your foot in the shoe. Unfortunately, the fit was long, and there was a lot of room between my foot at the top of the shoe. The style is somewhere between sporty and cute. The edge of the patent leather digs into your foot a bit, and will need to be softened over time.

This is a big shoe all over. I cannot fill the shoe vertically. I think you would need to add additional insoles. Length was right on, as was width. If you wear hose, be careful with the Velcro as that tends to snag your hose. Lots of cushioning inside. It is just a big shoe, perhaps if you have swollen feet, this shoe would be great.

I wanted a shoe that would look dressy and not too clunky with my custom orthodics. They have more of a heel than I like so the balls of my feet hurt when I wear them. And my toes rubbed on the top of the toe box so I almost have a blister. In spite of this I will keep them because they look nice and I suspect they will be fine for dress up events if I put a band aid on my toe

I was so excited to get these shoes after reading many reviews. Sadly they didn't feel as comfy as I had hoped. Well made and strong but too big for my foot. Another time.
