I have problem feet and am constantly looking for supportive cute shoes. I found the Drew brand a few years ago but always was less than impressed with the style of their shoes. However, because they felt good, I bought them. And then came the Savannah! It's adorable and comfortable - and right out of the box, they felt wonderful! I'm thrilled!

I am literally doing a happy dance right now! My Savannah's by Drew were just delivered (ordered yesterday). I also have problem big wide feet and after ordering and returning 3 different pairs of shoes, both men's & women's (thank you for your patience & fabulous return policy Zappo's), I am happy to report I FOUND MY SHOE! The material is a little stretchy but not so much that my feet wobble in them. I do agree with others about the shoe feeling wider than marked but I'm glad about that. I have taken the insert out and replaced it with my own orthotics, no problem. I do have two complaints however: the black "leatherette" strap (it can go both over your instep or back around your heel) is very cheap looking and feeling. My second complaint is that the only color in stock, in my size (13ww) was the burgundy/red. I LOVE the color but would truly buy every color made if they had my size. So come on Zappo's, find me a pair in black, gray, navy, etc. I really love this shoe.

I love this shoe but I had to return it because the heel portion is too shallow to hold my 3/8 shoe lift. I have to put that lift under the existing inserts and when I did that my foot kept coming out of the shoe. I'm so disappointed.

I was delighted to find these shoes, especially in a true wide width. I have very wide feet, and am undergoing treatment for swollen feet and legs, so finding shoes I can wear, are comfortable, and look reasonably attractive is a delight. And having two inner soles I can wear (or not) at will, is a true joy. Thank you, Zappo, for putting up with me through months of trying and returning.

This is a great shoe. I was hoping it would stay on my feet. I have peripheral neuropathy so I need shoes that wont slip off. So much for slip-ons!

This shoe looks even better "in person". I cannot wait to wear it to work on 'casual Friday' (assuming it ever warms back up here). I ordered a double wide due to bunions and the shoe is truly a double wide - i would even try a single W next time i order a Drew.This is my first "Drew". Also it is nice that the buckle shown can also be worn around the back of your heel if you need extra help keeping the shoe on.

The only thing I didn't like about these shoes was the strap, it would not stay on top of the shoe which made it look ridiculous.

A bit too wide.

I love the look of these shoes, I really like the backstrap that can be flipped to the front, and they seem to be well made. However, they seemed both too wide and too long. Perhaps they are sized to wear with winter socks. So, alas, I will be returning them.

This shoe was advertised as having "Drew's proprietary Plus Fitting System® features two removable footbeds. You can easily remove one or both footbeds for the perfect customized fit." It does not have two removable footbeds. It has one removable footbed and one footbed that is glued to the inside of the shoe and which contains a steel shank. Very disappointed. I,m going to keep for wearing around the house, but Zappo's should correct the description. It's simply not true.

These shoes have removable inserts but my orthotics looked silly in the heel. Not enough coverage. I was able to tighten the strap behind my ankle, but it looked silly. They are not made deep enough for orthotics.

there are very soft straps on the heel that did not hold the fabric needs to be stronger (thicker) leather

Fit and style were great but I can't wear these because my foot keeps falling out of these as I walk.

Oh dear! Drew shoes are known for being workhorse shoes with great support. These felt like bedroom slippers! Not only that they were much wider and longer than shoes this size I have worn. I had to return them.

received today. insoles are different. looks like one was replaced with a cheap and bent up replacement.!!!!
