Based on the size chart, I ordered a medium. After reading a couple of reviews stating that this dress runs large, I also ordered a small. In the end, I've decided to keep the medium and return the small. While the dress does run a little bit on the large side, I'd rather have it a bit loose than too tight. I love the casual style and light-weight fabric. It will be perfect for summer. The price is higher than I prefer to pay for simple, every day summer dresses, but I'm struggling to find things that fit my petite frame and are mostly cotton.

True to size. Thought it might be too expensive for just a cotton dress but it fits beautifully and is much nicer in person. Worth every penny! I’m 5’8 and curvy and this hid my trouble areas without being baggy or too short.

I wish I would have sized up to a small! I’m 120lbs 5’4 and it fits perfect but I’m worried the material might shrink even if washed on gentle cycle or hand washed. The dry cleaners will definitely shrink this type of material, it’s a very, very thin cotton! Perfect for flat sandals on a hot day!

Purchased this dress for my 23 year old daughter for our trip to Italy. Looked great and was perfect for walking around in the Italian summer heat. She usually wears a 0 or 2. The XXS fit but we were concerned about possible shrinking so went with the XS.

I loved the material on this. Very soft and comfortable, however it was very boxy on me. I have a small waist and large booty. The length was great though, 5'0 122 lbs.

This dress fits very well - it is attractive - wore it to a college graduation and looked lovely.

LOVED this dress. ordered it last minute for a vacation. arrived on the day we were leaving so just through it in my luggage. Put it on the first night and loved ow comfortable and nice it was. unfortunately there was a hole in the back. Zappos was awesome to help me exchange this item. My husband even encouraged me to buy other colors!

Soft cotton, comfortable fit, nice subtle detail. Not a "wow" dress, but one you can wear over and over again - as advertised. We all need a few of these in our closets.

BEST. DRESS. EVER! This is truly the most comfortable summer dress I have EVER owned! I actually purchased two of them, as I find myself wanting to wear it every day! It's flattering and makes me feel put together when it's warm out and I'm simply throwing it on and walking out the door. Looking forward to next summer when I can wear this awesome dress again! I purchased an XS, but am typically a small, or a size 4/6, so I'd say this runs a tad big.

This dress has quickly become a new favorite. The perfect staple for your summer wardrobe that can be dressed up or dressed down. The fabric is light and comfortable. The length is great for me (5'1"), but may be short on taller bodies.
