The shoes are beautiful but the top back part of the shoes gave me awful cuts in the back of my legs that I’m still having to take care of and it’s been a little over a week since I wore them. As beautiful as they are I can not recommend these shoes.

This shoe is not wide foot friendly. Sadly, it did not fit & went back to the warehouse. So cute otherwise!

I was super excited to get these, but when I wore them on carpet I heard a click. The bottom of both heels wasn't secure and made a super annoying sound. It was a pop click that didn't stop. They fit great and looked super cute, but had to return.

The color and design are perfectly neutral and truly go with everything! However, the front strap and ankle strap gave me blisters almost immediately and left my toes and ankle and a painful and bloody mess. I’m always a size 8 and never had an issue with sizing but for some reason, the toe strap was incredibly tight. Would recommend sizing up or buying pairs from multiple brands (have an identical pair from Target that did not cause any issues.)

The ankle straps are short or their attachment/placement on the sandal is off. I have super skinny ankles, 7.5 inches to be exact. I experimented with the closure but they were very uncomfortable no matter what I tried. In general, the quality of the sandal was poor. I believe that the price is a reflection of the poor quality. Really uncomfortable. Not arch or pad support. Can only wear for 20 minutes before my feet feel like they being cut.

I ordered a size 8W, wide width. Zappos did not send me these in wide width. I was sent regular width so they do not fit. I saw in another review a customer reported the same experience when she tried to order these in wide width.

So disappointed. Steve Madden has had a derivation this sandal every year for the last several, and I have several...nude, black, etc. They have been my go to shoe for work or casual in the late spring thru early fall. Sadly not the 2019’s - I have to send them back. The heel is perfect, the leather nice...the issue is the ankle strap. In the past it’s been about 3/4 inch wide. This year it is a lynching skinny strap and every step feel like a noose getting yanked and released, yanked and released...truly intolerable for even an evening of walking 2 and from the car. Sad to return both pairs I purchased...and have to start the hunt for my go-to summer shoe in natural and black!

Very disappointed in Steve Madden product. Poorly made, the strap is very uncomfortable and too short, the buckle dug into my ankle bone and the strap is ripping after a few wears. I'm afraid to wear them, the strap looks like its going to break! Looks good that's about it.

So cute and stylish but quality of the shoes was terrible. When it arrived, the insole was lifted up and when I pressed it down, the gummy glue started to seep out the sides. Yes, the insole is glued down. The toe band for the wide size was pretty accommodating to my wide feet, but the back of the shoe went way too high up the ankle. I bought my true size, but these had a gap in the heel, so it was impossible to walk normally.

WORST SHOES EVER. I really wanted these to work because I'm 6ft tall and have a hard time finding nice shoes with a low heel. Whoever designed these clearly never tried them on, like other reviews stated the ankle strap is weirdly high and it makes the shoes so uncomfortable. Because the strap is so high and the toe strap is pretty far down the toes the shoes sits really oddly on my foot. Even when the ankle strap is lose it cuts into your ankle as you walk. Will be returning ASAP and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SHOES!

good quality and comfortable heel, but i am returning them cause they are a little narrow on my feet and they do not have wide in these.
