Very good merchandise just takes forever to get it

Picture and product did not match. I returned them and have not received a credit yet.

I have been purchasing Jockey briefs for many years. This year I was truly disappointed.

Not happy. I ordered Supersoft and you sent the wrong thing. Really disappointed because I mail order a lot from you. I am in the mountains and it would take more time and money to return so I guess I get something I do not want. You sent Jockey ELANCE, not Supersoft. For shame

There not very well made ! Not enough cotton in the liner! Sorry I purchased them!

After returning the first order that was HUGE I received a second order yesterday a size smaller and they are still HUGE!! I have been wearing Jockey underwear for over 20 years and I have always had a perfect fit. Something is wrong with the sizing now!

i bought this few days ago and after one wash the became saggy and material wearing out.

I ordered size 6 which is my typical size and they were so huge that I had to throw them in the trash. Very upsetting.
