So far I am loving these boots. They are very comfortable. Can wear them out on the farm or out on the town. I have to wear high socks with them so they don't rub against my shin but that's just part of the style for me. Definitely glad I got them.

I always rely on reviews but never write them. I have to write a review of this boot.I need a waterproof shoe for a trip to England. I scoured the internet for a fashion forward and functional boot. I settled on this boot. I can't review the water proof aspect because I haven't had the opportunity to wear them in the rain. First, the package was shipped and received in a timely manner. The boots were packaged beautifully. I ordered the Java color. The color is a rich chocolate brown. The leather accents and wood heel elevate the boots appearance. I ordered the size 8. I am usually a size 8 in all of my shoes. My feet aren't narrow but they aren't especially wide either. I first tried the boot on barefoot. The left foot had a bit more room than the right. My right foot is slightly larger than my left. I put a thinnish sock on and put them on again. The left foot fit nicely and my right of course was a tad tight. I walked a bit and contemplated returning for a half size bigger. I wore them for a while and the right foot loosened up. I am keeping them. If I wanted to put a thicker sock on I would definitely have to return them. I highly recommend this boot. I tried on a couple of pairs of jeans with them and they look really nice. Looking forward to wearing them in England!

Beautiful boot!!!! Much more comfortable out of the box than I expected. I normally have a very hard time getting my foot into pull on boots that don't have a zipper, but the cut of these accomodated my high instep and arch. The heel is a great height for my "old" feet! They look very cool with bootcut jeans and I know theyll last just as long as all my other Ariat boots Ive purchased over the past 20 yrs. They're sporty, yet classic. Whats not to love?!

All day comfort, fits perfectly, love the round toe box, highly recommend

These were a gift for my wife. She loves them and said they were comfortable right out of the box.

I was gifted these boots from my parents 4 years ago and these boots live up to their name ! I've tromped through thick clay mud, and 3-4" deep puddles and my feet are dry while doing my job outside as a color consultant for homes. I use these when its pouring outside or just drizzling and even in a temps like 45F with thick wool socks( I'm a pansy and need warm toasty feet anything under 45 and I wear something different) . They look great with any pants - dark trousers, jeans and long skirts that go to ankles. they also slip off easily when going inside to not mess up clients floors. They are a good nice casual boot and don't make my feet tired or sore. They fit right just out of the box and I'm a women's 11 with wide toe box and skinny heel and ankles with long toes that angle down like steps so the almond toe works well with my long toes. No bunions for me ! The leather is durable and with proper care they will only need resoling in the heel area as I wear that area out first , next maybe in another 4 years. I've only had them taken in to the cobbler 1x to get them buffed and polished and the heel rubber replaced. I use Boot leather cleaner and cream to maintain them so there is no cracking at the toe bend area. Best gift I've received in a long time and I'm tempted to get them in black! I only with wish they came in knee high variety !

I like the wexford. It is stylish and waterproof. This is the second pair that I have purchased

Wexford Chelsea Boot is comfortable, and great for on and off horses. The waterproofing is just an added bonus. Now I have a pair here and a pair in Tucson. Love these!

It's rare that I can try on a pair of shoes and feel that Cinderella fit. Wexford Chelsea boot was a dream at first wear. I have trouble with sizing sometimes, anywhere from 5.5-6.5 w with semi-wide feet. I got the size 6, B medium width, and with our without a thick pair of socks, they're comfy and true. If I would have waited until I put some good mileage on them before reviewing, I would have forgotten to. But from others experiences they seem loyal!

These boots are durable and hold up for YEARS. I am dedicated to this brand for comfort as well. The footbed is really comfortable and I walk a LOT in them. I cant add a photo because I wear the absolutely to the end of use!

I complimented a co-worker of mines boots and she told be they were Ariat. She highly recommended them and as I have been looking for a good pair of waterproof boots, I immediately went to find a pair for myself. Theyre expensive but the quality is so good! I really love them and would 100% recommend them!

Love Ariat boots' style & quality! I had owned for many years paddock, zip front boots for years that I wore in stables with cement floors & wore for riding English saddle w/ half-chaps. So when I wanted a nice pair of casual waterproof winter walking boots in the Chelsea style, I was thrilled to see that Ariat made them! Note: I first purchased reg width (wide, my width, wasn't avail at the time) in size 8-1/2 the boot itself fit perfect but the tops were too narrow above the ankle & rubbed my leg. I exchanged for wide width (avail after Christmas!) size 9 (as 8-1/2 weren't avail), I so wanted these boots. The top part above ankle doesn't rub (yay) but the boot is way big for my foot. I bought super thick wool socks and manage but still too big on my feet, they slide as I walk. An 8-1/2, wide-width would've been perfect for me but I don't believe they return 2x's. I wear them but cannot walk fast in them and I'm a NYer, oxymoronic. Highly recommend Ariat's Wexford Chelsea waterproof boots regardless! Super boots.

I have worn Sorel Chelsea boots for several years and have loved them. When my last pair needed to be replaced, I decided to give Ariat a try. I am extremely happy with these boots and will likely not go back to Sorel. They were comfortable out of the box with no break in period - this was shocking to me as someone with heel issues that are usually a problem with new boots. They are comfortable and I can walk around and stand all day without problems. They look great - I love the simple design and low profile logo. Highly recommend - these are the most comfortable and well made Chelsea boots that I have ever worn.

Am now purchasing my fourth pair of these boots. Same Wexfords; same colour. Fabulously comfy from the go get. Am hoping I can get my hands on the 'Skewbald' coloured ones .. Look forward to hearing from you, Ariat ..

These boots are sturdy without feeling clunky. They look good with regular outfits, but they also work as paddock boots for me. They clean up nicely after a day at the barn.

Absolutely love my boots. I got them on a Black Friday special. I've taken them thru rain, snow, mud, and over dirt hiking paths, city streets and cobble stone. They have been warm, *fully waterproof*, grippy and stable. I like that they feel solid and stable without being extra heavy and that they are comfortable and keep me warm while looking nice. I felt a little slippy on two wet man hole covers - so the grip isn't perfect but I think most anyone would have slipped there. I've done 12,000 steps in them in a day and been fine. The only part I had to break in was the very top of the boot where it meets the calf. After 2-3 days it was stretched and comfortable. I definitely recommend these boots, especially when in sale. I had researched a lot of Chelsea boot brands and I feel these really met my needs for being out in the elements. Never mind the white marks in the picture that's just some road salt.
