Great boots. Waterproof, comfortable and very well made

I picked these out as an early Christmas gift for myself after being sick and tired of having cold, wet feet in the fall/winter/spring. I ordered the taupe (suede) in a 7.5 and after wearing them around my house for 2 days I decided I wanted to exchange them for a size 7. There was a tiny bit of slipping when I stepped. The 7s arrived and I immediately regretted the exchange because the toe box in the right boot in the size 7 was painful for me. I ended up returning the 7s and repurchased the 7.5. I added a $3 memory foam insole and that gave me a perfect, painless fit. With the correct size, I do not need to break these in. I read that you should purchase shoes that fit comfortably on your bigger foot which is clearly my right foot. Im so happy to have the correct size now so I can wear them out. Theyre very versatile and can be worn dressed up or casually.

Comfortable and good for most conditions. The strip on the heel is not well glued on and after walking through rain/mud, the strips came off.

My new favorite boots! I'll admit, I was worried when I first tried them on because they were a little stiff in the ankle, but I wore long socks while breaking them in to avoid them rubbing. They feel great after a few wears and they are so cute, comfortable, and easy to keep clean. They are my go to pair. I stand all day for work.

Women's 7.5 - Medium Width ordered Quality is great. Love the touch and feel of the leather. I bought these for fashion purposes, but they have a pretty hard toe box so I could use them for work as well. Color: Cordovan - a great dark chocolate brown. Could wear well with black or brown. Size: I am a standard 7.5 in Ariat. I have English lace up riding boots (15+ years old and going strong) and calf high western boots both 7.5 and both are a great fit. Bought these Chelsea's in a 7.5 and they are a bit big in the toe and heel. However. My arch isn't being compressed which tends to happen in a lot of flat boots. And I can wear thicker socks to make up the space. I also don't mind having a bigger toe box. If you are on the more narrow side, order down and your standard size and pick the best fit. I didn't see another width option aside from medium so that may be the standard here. All in all, I love them and am excited to wear them

Better than expected. First off I have some foot issues. Have a joint replacement in my one foot and therefore suffer from Sesamoiditis. Almost no shoe is comfortable. I read many many reviews and decided to give the black waterproof Chelsea a go. I run between a 9.5 and 10 in shoes ( 10 in Hoka, mostly 9.5 in Vionic ) so I never know what to order on line. I went with the 10 and it was ok in length with some extra room but my heel slipped way too much so I returned for the 9.5. They were still fine in length but a bit more snug in the heel so I wore them around the house to decide if I would keep or return them. To my surprise they were very comfortable and then I purchase the grey suede Chelsea. These have a bit more room and were comfortable right out of the box. Ive kept both. I will say I placed my dr scholls custom fit orthotics in them. Ive worn them both out for an evening and am so happy to have found them. Love them and highly recommend you give them a try.

I ordered this product and two weeks later it has still not even shipped. I contacted customer service through their portal with no response. I emailed customer service with no response. I called customer service and had to hang up after 53 minutes because I could no longer wait on hold. Terrible customer service - fail to ship and fail to respond. Meanwhile, my credit card has still been charged.

They are my favorite shoes. They are so beautiful and comfortable! I love them so much that when my dog ate the first pair I brought a second!

I purchased a pair of the Wexfords about 10 months prior to this review. During this time, the boots have been very comfortable and I've received a few compliments on their look, but about two months ago, the "wood" portions on the sides of the heel began to come unglued and the back edges of the boot heels have begun to disintegrate. At a $200 price point, (when I purchased) I expected much better durability than this. Other boots I have purchased in this price range have held up much better and that is the direction I will go the next time I buy a boot. Sadly, I cannot recommend this item.

Comfortable right out of the box. I wear a 9.5-10 and the 9.5 was perfect. These will be my go to shoes for fall/winter

I was wanting a simple boot that I could wear with jeans or dressier pants for business casual for work. The boots are perfect for what I wanted. I love the color, the leather finish is nice and they are comfortable. I also have a gray suede pair.

Snagged these boots on a sale, so comfortable and a true 5.5 size hard to find these days.

I have wide feet and a high instep. It is virtually impossible for me to find boots that fit comfortably, so I was skeptical about these. My daughter has two pairs and talked me into them and I am so glad she did!! They fit well and are very comfortable!!

I did A LOT of research on Chelsea-style boots and landed on purchasing these for my November trip across Europe. I wanted a comfortable weatherproof boot that could get me through walking over 20,000 steps every day. These boots exceeded my expectations! From the cobblestone in Rome to the cold, wet weather in Zurich they did their job. My feet were never once cold, wet or sore. We even walked 27,000 steps in a single day. I have athletic shoes that couldnt have done this. I couldnt believe how comfortable these boots are. I want another pair!

This boot can be dressed up to look professional in the workplace (teacher) and then worn with jeans on the weekend. Soft and easy to break in. Wide enough at the ankle to give some space to a girl with semi-thick calves. Low profile- if you want a chunky look, this probably isn't the boot you want. I plan on having these boots for a long time and probably riding in them when they become too worn out to wear to work anymore.

So very comfortable. I live in the PNW and waterproof boots are essential. I can walk for miles in these boots.

I dont live on a farm or work outside but I was tired of having wet, cold feet in the fall/winter/spring. I live in Western PA where we dont get a ton of snow so traditional snow boots seem pointless to me but we do get slush, rain and cold temps. Im also at the point in life where comfort and functionality are most important to me and paying more for clothes/shoes that will last years is worth it. I purchased the taupe (suede) in a 7.5 normal width. They fit perfectly and were very easy to get on/off. Im still working on styling these with different jeans but the fact that they were comfortable right of the box and a beautiful color sold me. I can see myself wearing these for years because they seem like a timeless boot.

Huge ankles. They are 5 inches wider than my ankle so they flop around.
