Durable enough for all the activities on the farm while still allowing me to feel feminine and stylish while doing it all.

I used to wear Ariat boots for equestrian riding. I have been considering for a couple of months, a pair of these boots for casual and winter time I received them yesterday and was so impressed once again with the fit, the quality, the feel of the sole, stitching and the leather, I really like how there is only one boot pole on the heel versus the double loop on Blundstone.

I was looking for a Chelsea boot that is well made and most importantly, comfortable. Right from the first time I wore these they were awesome. Rain didn't affect these at all, my feet remained warm and dry.

From riding boots to work and casual boots, every pair of Ariat boots and shoes I have purchased have been comfortable from day one. No break in period needed. I recommend Ariat to everyone I know, especially horse friends. It also makes me happy to say the name Ariat because of my favorite race horse Secretariat! Thank you for such an excellent product !

I have been looking all over for a black boot, and should have just looked at Ariat in the first place! These boots are so comfortable. I wore them on an all day shopping trip, and have worn them all day to teach. The waterproof feature is ideal for Western NY where our weather is never predictable. I anticipate purchasing another pair in another color. They are true to size. I use a shoe horn to put them on, but that's not necessary.

I have been eyeing these boots for a year. I finally made the investment and I could not be happier! So comfortable and true to size. Almost no break in required! I love the taupe color because it goes with everything. I plan to purchase another pair in a different color soon!

I absolutely love these boots. First time buyer and I can't believe I lived 35 years without knowing these exist. I have several pairs of Timberland Chelsea boots that are comfortable and I was nervous trying a new brand. With that said, I'm glad I did. I wore these the day I got them and had absolutely no issues. I purchased the Java color and they are absolutely beautiful. They fit true to size and I've gotten so many complements. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

I purchased these right before a long trip to a cold and wet location. I wore these every day and walked miles and miles in them with no problem. They are one of the most comfortable boots I've ever had and really easy to put on. Can't recommend these enough.

These boots are so comfortable that I purchased another pair in brown. I have received compliments every time I have worn them. Living in Northern Indiana with sub zero temps this week, my feet have stayed warm and dry. Highly recommen!

These boots are perfect! True to size and extremely comfortable out of the box. I have a high arch, so getting in and out of Chelsea boots can be tough. No problem at all with these. The waterproofing works like a charm, too!

I purchased these for a WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS GIFT for my 37yr old daughter who lives in Savannah. She had never been able to purchase a Beautiful, Quality leather boot before. She is an OUTSTANDING MOTHER to our precious grandsons and I wanted TO BLESS HER with something she loved, but would never afford for herself. Her children and their needs come 1st for her, by growing much of their own food and Homeschooling them in creative and energetic ways.

What is the color difference in Java and dark brown?
