I have a hard time with ordering shoes online as they rarely ever fir the first round and the back and forth of returns and repurchases is more hassle than it's worth most of the time. I needed some sturdy shoes that also would work well for the office in a manufacturing faculty as well as supported my ankles due to a recent injury. Read all the reviews and decided to with going with my normal size. It fit but was a bit tight sliding on. I've used a shoe horn to held get them on since I'm still recovering from an ankle injury that complicates things. I've been wearing them exclusively for about three weeks in the cold and some rain. They have loosened/softened up enough to make them more comfortable but not enough where the necessary supportive structure is compromised. I have no complaints. They are heavier than I'm used to but that's the expectation with a harder working boot. I'm an 8.5 women's and the size was true. If you have wide feet, these will be snug to tight so factor that piece in.

I have 3 pairs of these boots and I love them all. I would definitely recommend them.

I love my Chelsea Booties! I bought them in a brown red color and I keep getting complements on the color and style of them. They are supper comfortable and functional. So happy I made the purchase.

Very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. They are cute enough to wear to work but also great for messy projects. They are easy to pull on and off and fit well even with thick socks.

This boots are amazing- beautiful, actually comfortable for walking, truly waterproof ( I wear them in snow all the time). The one thing to know is they run big- both in length and in width. I am normally a women's size 11 with a wide toe box, and I have to size down an entire size not to swim in these. They stretch a lot after the first wear or two, so keep this in mind when sizing.

Waterproof, warm and extremely comfortable. I wear these boots daily at work and at the barn.

Good fit, the sizes are correct she says was a little tight at first but becoming more comfortable the more they are worn.

My new favorite boots! I'll admit, I was worried when I first tried them on because they were a little stiff in the ankle, but I wore long socks while breaking them in to avoid them rubbing. They feel great after a few wears and they are so cute, comfortable, and easy to keep clean. They are my go to pair. I stand all day for work.

Better than expected. First off I have some foot issues. Have a joint replacement in my one foot and therefore suffer from Sesamoiditis. Almost no shoe is comfortable. I read many many reviews and decided to give the black waterproof Chelsea a go. I run between a 9.5 and 10 in shoes ( 10 in Hoka, mostly 9.5 in Vionic ) so I never know what to order on line. I went with the 10 and it was ok in length with some extra room but my heel slipped way too much so I returned for the 9.5. They were still fine in length but a bit more snug in the heel so I wore them around the house to decide if I would keep or return them. To my surprise they were very comfortable and then I purchase the grey suede Chelsea. These have a bit more room and were comfortable right out of the box. I've kept both. I will say I placed my dr scholl's custom fit orthotics in them. I've worn them both out for an evening and am so happy to have found them. Love them and highly recommend you give them a try.

Great boots. Very comfortable, fairly warm, easy slip on and off. Works well outside on rough terrain but also looks good in a more formal setting. As for waterproofness, I haven't worn them working in the rain but I have walked through wet grass and my toes were dry. Definitely recommend.

This boot can be dressed up to look professional in the workplace (teacher) and then worn with jeans on the weekend. Soft and easy to break in. Wide enough at the ankle to give some space to a girl with semi-thick calves. Low profile- if you want a chunky look, this probably isn't the boot you want. I plan on having these boots for a long time and probably riding in them when they become too worn out to wear to work anymore.

I did A LOT of research on Chelsea-style boots and landed on purchasing these for my November trip across Europe. I wanted a comfortable weatherproof boot that could get me through walking over 20,000 steps every day. These boots exceeded my expectations! From the cobblestone in Rome to the cold, wet weather in Zurich they did their job. My feet were never once cold, wet or sore. We even walked 27,000 steps in a single day. I have athletic shoes that couldn't have done this. I couldn't believe how comfortable these boots are. I want another pair!

I don't live on a farm or work outside but I was tired of having wet, cold feet in the fall/winter/spring. I live in Western PA where we don't get a ton of snow so traditional snow boots seem pointless to me but we do get slush, rain and cold temps. I'm also at the point in life where comfort and functionality are most important to me and paying more for clothes/shoes that will last years is worth it. I purchased the taupe (suede) in a 7.5 normal width. They fit perfectly and were very easy to get on/off. I'm still working on styling these with different jeans but the fact that they were comfortable right of the box and a beautiful color sold me. I can see myself wearing these for years because they seem like a timeless boot.

I was unsure which size to get as my left foot is longer than my right and has a bunion . I take between a 7 1/2 or 8. Went with the 8 W initially but they were too big and my foot sloshed laround inside. I decided to exchange for the 7 1/2 W and even though my toes on my left foot were right at the end of the boot over the past week they settled in conformed to my foot, and are now very comfortable. Beautiful quality and very comfortable with a lot of cushioning. I'm glad I went with the wide because it doesn't rub against my bunion.. Return process was easy. Highly recommend

I wear these boots on the farm and I to town. They look great and there's no break-in time. I have multiple colors. My go-to boot!

True to size good looking boots. I didn't want a high heel, but I wanted a sole that had grip because I walk my dog on uneven terrain; and it was perfect. I read a post where the boots were returned because she has a high arch. I do too and it didn't cause me a problem. First outing was in the rain and my feet were dry when I removed the boots. The weathered look appeals to me. All in all a good purchase for me.
