I loved the idea of this bag. I truly loved the leather which makes the black more brown than jet black, but I'm fine with that. I loved the pockets - the center was unusually large and held a lot of precious cargo. This is a very good thing because the snap didn't even attempt to hold the top closed. The leather is soft - so soft, so supple that it's saggy. No matter what I did, the exterior zip pocket would always end up on the bottom of the bag when I set it down - leaving it worthless for my cell phone, and isn't that what exterior pockets are all about? (It may have been part of the snap problem as well). The bag is large - so large that it wouldn't fit under the seat ahead of me in the airplane!? I guess I should have been flying first class. But because the bag is so saggy, I was able to kick it until it did fit under the seat in front of me, and then the flight attendant stopped frowning at me. So that was a plus in the end, I guess. Loved the pockets, loved the key fob, tolerated the sagginess, kicked it until return would have been highly inappropriate, loved the look and feel of the leather, just not with this bag. I did get something else. I'll take a hammer to the closure snap and see if we can't make it snappier, and perhaps my love and I will take a mini vaca when I can use this bag for all my unmentionables. Ha Cha!

Super nice bag. Despite the clearly written dimensions of the bag, it was way too big for me. The double handles are stiff; they don’t flop down when not in use or when using the crossbody strap.

I thought this bag would make a good purse. In reality, it isn't. It's more like a tote. Like it would be perfect to carry on an airplane, but not a good purse. Too large. The quality seems good. It's a distressed leather. The long strap is rough though. I returned it.

Did not like the distressed look, overall looked fake and not my style

The measurements said the size was 12 by 15 but the bag actually measures 12 by 18 and its just too big for me. I love the color and the style but I know I won't want to carry this for everyday.
